Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd Anmeldelser

Professional. Responsive. Exceptional service. I’m very happy with the workmanship and services provided by Joe and team at Will i am. I particularly liked that Joe dropped in the day before to check out if fitting the water softener in an awkward location was possible. He did a test fit to see if it’d work and got it it done very quickly. Tidy work. Highly recommended.

great service all round, would definately recommend them.

Paul and his apprentice were great. Arrived on time and got everything fixed really quickly.

Really professional service, friendly team, made the process of removing our existing boiler in our commercial property and installing a new one really quick and easy. Would 100% recommend

Used William and his team to install a new bolier.
Did a fantastic job.
Would recomemend them

Will was very prompt in communicating with us and arranging the works - they were completed to a high standard, and everyone was really friendly. He offered some good advice on our boiler too whilst he was here.

dishwasher fitting- was efficient, quick, tidy and helpful

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear, honest advice; arrived when promised on each visit; efficient, friendly team; perfect installation and left my home as clean as they found it. Will use again without hesitation.

Will and his team carried out a number of plumbing jobs for me when I moved into a new flat with faulty plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency and they quickly identified the problem and fixed it for me. Will is super responsive and was able to send over a team to fix the issues. They replaced all the old piping as well as fitted a new macerator to replace a faulty one. I could not recommend Will and his team enough- super friendly, professional and responsive!

I have used Will.I.Am three times now and always been so pleased with them. The engineers are always extremely knowledgable, polite and careful in their work and they’ve been very COVID-19 aware in all their work during the pandemic. The only plumbers I will use!

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

William and his team did a great job replacing our regular boiler system.

I was anxious to replace it with a combination boiler as I thought it would be a massive job and involving so many different parts.

Various quotes were sought and some were outrageously expensive, whilst others I would simply never trust to do this job.

Throughout the process from planning to execution and final commissioning I have found that these guys give honest and down-to-earth advice, do what they promise (in fact more than they promise) and treat your house and the planned work as if it was their own house (in the best possible sense).

I would wholeheartedly recommend this William and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, cost efficient and pleasant experience.

I’ve need to get a plumber out for a couple of (unrelated) emergency jobs this year. I was so pleased to find WILL I AM with the first problem I had - which was a leak from my radiator at the height of lockdown. He was so helpful and quick and reasonably priced I’ve used him ever since. Including replacing an old radiator this week. Again it was a great job done at a good price quickly and with no fuss. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I found William’s business online and as soon as I called him, he immediately put me at ease and filled me with assurance he was able to help me with my boiler issues. His advice was accurate and he kept me updated every step of the way from quote to completion of the installation of my new boiler...which is working fantastically. Thanks again.

I had a radiator fall off a wall and William attended within a couple of hours and fixed and cleaned everything up. I have called William out for various gas/plumbing issues over the years and am always impressed with his efficiency and the quality of his work.

William is a plumber I've used a number of times now and for the last 2 boiler services. Always responds very quickly, well organised and plumber arranged quickly. Work has always been completed to high standard and always offers good advice and guidance.

William responded urgently to two problems we had with leaking radiators. He was efficient, friendly and competitively priced with good clear communication. Months later there was a small problem with one of these radiators and he came back and corrected it free of charge. I recommend him highly.

Great communication, quick and efficient work done to a high standard, really polite workers. I have used Will i am for my annual landlord gas check and boiler service for several years now and am very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic service. Goes above and beyond. Explains everything that you need to know. Hard to find good trades people - so glad we finally have! Highly recommend.

William is so helpful. He gave me helpful advice on radiators and then his guys came and fitted it efficiently. I have used him before and he is great.
