Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd Anmeldelser

Fantastic service, very prompt, efficient and courteous

A difficult job to replace some hard-to-get-to bath taps. Thomas took great pains to ensure a thorough and professional job was carried out where many might have 'used a sledge hammer to crack a nut' approach. Very happy with the result.

Once again, Will and his team have done an exceedingly good and professional job at such a short notice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. One of the finest plumbers and heating engineers in town.

My second request to Will-i-am for help to sort out a plumbing problem and I’m happy to recommend the company for a second time, too. Engineers Tom and Joe were efficient, friendly, courteous and did a great job - and an excellent clean up at the end! Absolutely no complaints from me for the service, timing and costs.

Used will i am for a blocked kitchen sink issue we had after being recommended them by a neighbour. They were great at responding on the chat and booking us a next day appointment. The plumber who visited was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with no extra charges.
I will definitely use them again next time I have a plumbing issue and would highly recommend.

Really great service, fast efficient and nothing was a problem. Jake and Cameron were friendly, ontime and got the job done well and in good time.

We were very pleased with the work done. It was complicated by there being two separate leaks from the clothes and dish washing machines. But the engineer was very patient and fixed both problems.

William always responds to my message very quickly and provides a good service. I recommend him & his team to anybody

Will was super helpful and talked me through my boiler issue over the phone until we solved it! Would recommend

So quick, friendly and very helpful. They were able to solve our problem within less than 24hr. Definietly recommend.

I've employed Will i Am Plumbers a few times now for boiler servicing, and a tricky re-plumbing and tiling job. I woke up on a Saturday, to no hot water and heating, and contacted them in a panic for help. William very kindly emailed and whatsapped me intructions and a video on how to re-pressurise the boiler myself at no cost. To my amazement, the boiler now works again. I really appreciate this company and their excellent work and help to date. Thank you!

I've used Will I Am a few times. They always arrive promptly usually same day.
Their work is excellent they take photos of the work and their charges are good too. They offer good advice too very practical and not for their profit. So I feel you can trust them to do the job

I would recommend them to anyone.

Genuinely fantastic service from Will.i.am. The team responded to my enquiry within a couple of hours, arranged an appointment within a few days, arrived on time, were professional and helpful, clearly explained the issue, resolved it quickly, and followed up with a detailed written report. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and have already recommended will.i.am to friends. Thank you to Ryan and Yasin who were the plumbers who helped us.

We have been very impressed indeed with the work that has been carried out (installing a new boiler), and the way it was done. Everyone who came could not have been more pleasant or helpful. It was a pleasure to have them work in the house.

William and his team were prompt, easy to deal with, and completed all the tasks to an extremely high standard. I'd happily recommend their services.

Fast appointment. Courteous and efficient plumber. Price was affordable. Did a great job would highly recommend.

Totally reliable efficient exert service

Had a couple of jobs that needed doing. Will-i-am were efficient and easy to deal with as always. Understood what was needed in advance, sent a knowledgeable person to do the work, followed up with a summary of the work supported with photos. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so.

We always use Will's team and this time we needed a new boiler. Will's quote was very informative and well balanced, including some needed radiator valves and a PowerFlush to make sure the system worked well. Each day, the team arrived promptly and worked quickly; they made sure I understood what was happening and worked tidily and respectfully. I'm very happy with the new boiler and the service we recieved.

Brilliant plumbers. Engineers Jake and Cameron diagnosed the problem, repaired the pipe, and carried out extensive tests it to make sure it was safe. Reasonable fees. Good communicators. High recommended.
