Keep away from this deranged law firm, they are acting on behalf of many energy companies in my case it was OVO energy, somebody at a different building used my name to claim electricity, a case of fraud, this deranged company is chasing me at a different property even though I've providing them my energy supplier statement for the period they requested, they are struggle to understand English yet they were supposed to be a law firm.

I genuinely hope the SRA investigates this firm.

Unbelievable the way they operate. They have one motive and that's to make your life a misery.

Emails I sent to them we're never received. Funny that I can prove they were sent!

An extremely important letter in relation to a court hearing was posted to me (standard post), not recorded delivery. I didn't receive the letter and was unaware of the court hearing.. you can guess what happened.

Despite all this, other correspondence was sent to my home address personally delivered by a gentleman who operated for them, but a court hearing letter is just sent normal post.

They will ruin you and their staff will not help you one bit, even when the mistakes are their own.

As I said, I genuinely hope the SRA investigates them and I will be taking legal action against them for the damages they've caused.

I have an alleged historic debt that I do not recognise with Scottish Power, who assert going back to at least 2018 that we used £1000 a month of electricity, in the past I have had conversations with a bailiff and a meter reading man who both agreed this usage was impossible. if we did use that amount of electricity I would not be sitting here with 3 layers on, wearing a woolly hat that will not come off until March.
I tried many times over many years to get resolution, non of the agencies you are guided to wanted to help, Scottish Power claimed their hardship fund would help, they stopped responding.
Scottish Power has now employed ? wilkin chapman rollits in the role of bailiff, they have pushed through with the connivance of the Civil National Business Centre - not a court ? a CCJ on my credit score, despite my best efforts to explain the situation.
My only income is my pension, I have not been in the best of health having contracted Shingles, as a result of which I lost partial hearing in my left ear, the post hepatic neuralgia has been utterly exhausting, I have only recently started to feel a little improved, now this harassment from wilkin chapman rollits.
Keith Anderson CEO of Scottish Power is paid £1.15 million a year. Robin Simmonds CEO of wilkin chapman rollits pay is undisclosed.

Presumably he supporting the people who work for him in making the lives of people like me even more miserable or utterly ruined, his firm has done absolutely nothing to even attempt to support me, the assumption is of guilt followed by immediate punishment.

In my opinion, this firm is absolutely unprincipled and unethical.
My experience of them is that in league with councils, they steal the assets of honest upright men and women and their motive is to make huge amounts for themselves whilst appearing to uphold the law.
They are even breaking their own and the rules of the SRA in a bid to fulfil the global plan'You will own nothing and be happy.'
