Sniper 3D is ruled by hacks/cheats that has been going on for a year. No point reporting players as they do nothing about it. The prices for upgrades has jumped up with lower rewards. They clearly think they're up in the market as PlayStation or Xbox but they're just a RIP OFF COMPANY! Stay clear!!

I used to love the game (Sky Warriors), but now it's full of bugs. You don't get the full points for shooting other planes or destroying the cargos. I wrote them by email, show them the errors (I have screenshots of everything), and even told them what the problem might be (I code and I could identify the patterns). However, even when they accept the errors and I asked for having the special missiles that I used back, they say no and treated me with taking my inventory away if I go to the Play Store.

I bought the things in my inventory with money, but they just don't care. Also, don't take responsibility about the game's bugs.

I recently discovered a charge of Rs 12,900 on my card for an in-game purchase from Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games, despite the fact that I do not even have this game installed on my device.

This transaction was clearly made without my knowledge or consent, which is extremely concerning. It raises serious questions about how such payments are processed without proper verification.

I have already contacted support and requested a refund, but situations like this should never happen in the first place. Users should feel secure when their payment details are linked to a platform.

I would strongly advise others to keep a close eye on their accounts and payment methods.

Account Penalized After Apple-Approved Refund – Extremely Unfair Practice

I am writing this review regarding my experience with Wildlife Studios through their game Tennis Clash.

The game displayed prices in USD instead of Turkish Lira, which created confusion. I believed I was purchasing an in-game offer for 45 TRY, but it was actually $45 USD. After realizing the mistake, I requested a refund via Apple. Apple reviewed and approved the refund.

However, instead of simply reversing the purchase, Wildlife Studios deducted my in-game currency and reduced my gem balance to -88,000, making my account effectively unusable. I now receive a warning that I cannot play matches due to the negative gem balance.

This means that after a legitimate, Apple-approved refund, my account was penalized and blocked from gameplay.

If a refund is processed, the developer should revert the purchased items — not impose excessive penalties that permanently restrict access to the game. This practice feels punitive and disproportionate.

I hope Wildlife Studios reviews this situation, restores affected accounts properly, and ensures pricing transparency for users in different countries to prevent similar issues.

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend their services.

Premium plus account via Apple Pay betaald en tal van andere aankopen… Enkel de app verwijderd (niet mijn account) en terug geïnstalleerd op een nieuwe iPhone en al mijn aankopen zijn verdwenen. Terug op oud toestel geïnstalleerd en ook weg. Heel vreemd dat ze achter je rug aan je account komen. Ze geven toe dat ik alles aangekocht heb maar aangezien het via Apple Pay betaald was, moet ik contact met Apple nemen?!? Ik vraag geen geld terug maar zet mijn aankopen terug op mijn account of misschien hopen ze dat ik terug alles betaal! Veel geluk hiermee dan!

My son bought a crate in Zooba for €5,99 without my authorisation. So I asked for a refund. In exchange of the refund they took 3400 gems from his account. Gems he didn’t had. His account is blocked, until he restore his gems. Now he has to pay €46 to restore it. The game support is very well hidden. And the automatic replies request a player id (which we can’t access in a blocked account) Pay €46 to restore a €5,99 refund is totally out of proportion.

At Zooba! We lose Players since the last update. Do something immediately!

I opened a gold crate and got upgrades but then re rolled and got nothing so I would like 200$ for emotional distress

They're crooked as hell. They're in bed with Google and Reddit. No matter how much you point out the cheating, hacking, unfair treatment, neither do crap about it. They have facebook and reddit for support, both are useless. They restrict posting. Be one of the idiots, and spend money. Better yet, link a credit card.

We are unfairly treated and penalized by Zooba Game, zoo battle arena where you shoot each other.

My son had been an avid player of Zooba for several years. However, we recently encountered a situation that I find concerning, and the support team has been unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. The problem lies in being charged much more than we paid in a refund transaction!

My son purchased the same character twice from the Apple Store. We requested a refund for one of these transactions, which Apple processed successfully. Following this, Zooba deducted over 7,000 gems from his account as a result of the refund. Although we originally paid twice for the same character and received a refund through Apple, on top of this Zooba penalized us by reducing the account balance to significantly negative. I find this action deeply unfair.

The explanation provided by the Team was that we should have requested the refund directly through Zooba rather than through Apple, even though the purchase originated from the Apple Store. As a result, the account now has a deficit of over 7,000 gems, which prevents my son from playing unless we make an additional payment. This situation feels unreasonable.

The support team has been unhelpful, and I strongly believe this treatment is unjust. As a parent who has supported my son's enjoyment of their game for years by paying for his in-game purchases, I find this situation wholly unacceptable. He owns characters in his profile, his is a sunk cost now. Totally unfair!

It is ok to buy from Apple Store but it is not ok to cancel from Apple Store. If you only have a commercial mindset without any focus to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Rights, you can behave like Zooba does.

He plays Roblox and Brawlstars right now and he is very happy. At least there is no unfair treatment.

Sniper 3D game infested with hackers. Developers will not refund. Sending back automated ai robot email responses. Stay away, scammer company.

War Machines cheats ! They use bots disguising them as a much lower tier tank. They insist match making be based on rank and not on the tank. When you bring this to the attention of customer support ( I mean EVERYONE ) you get a bla, bla, bla form letter;
coupled with the flat refusal to correct the issue; and they refusing to hear complaints on the issue any more.

Been using tennis pro for ages and enjoyed until their latest upgrade where noone wins which is designed to get people spending more. My win ratio has gone right down by 90 per cent. Just shabby and commercial avarice. Not happy but will go elsewhere. Another lost customer. I feel robbed

Zero star rating if I could. The developers have completely changed the players experience it no longer for from players. You need to pay to play to progress. Developers keep introducing new weapons and gear each month it seems. But as a player you have no time to upgrade the equipment let alone have the tickets or tokens to do the upgrades with. Special events milestones are ridiculous hide to achieve you need to play 24/7 and the rewards are so low it’s not actually worth playing them. Developers have introduced new patches that are so called limited edition and so stupid to have in PvP arena you can’t complete with a player wearing them. Now new special bullets to increase your damage of weapon, well what can I say. Something else for developers to try and get us to pay real money for to be able to survive in arena. All the developers want players to do is pay for everything with real money. You get bombarded by ads for special deals on every page in the app. Or should I say around about 5 pop ups each page you have to close before you can click on the forward button. Players are leaving the game like flys, so many dead accounts in squads now it’s a shame. Developers changing players experience in shooting range challenge has caused a majority of players that have accounts stuck in the challenge with there hard earned diamonds are now complete lost. So players have lost millions of diamonds because of the change and no compensation back from the developers to reimburse the account holder of there lost invested diamonds to continue in the challenge is not being offered.
Developers you need to start to actually listen to your player community who are will to help and improve the game with you. Don’t just delete and suggestions given on social media platforms. That tells your players community you don’t want to interact, listen or even talk to us.

Wildlife studios are money grabbing liars. I had an account for about a year and a half. I built it up, honestly, with no hacking or cheating, which is common with this company/game. The game was Sniper 3D Assassin. I paid for the top tier VIP upgrade, which was Promoted and Promised to give VIP ACCOUNT holders a lot of special perks, perks that are unattainable for the other players. Those special perks were not honored, and the unattainable was available for all, thus making the purchase of VIP wasted monies. After acquiring a huge amount of earned and saved "Diamonds", Wildlife banned my account for no reason. There was never an explanation as to why my account was banned. They basically stole my account, with no explanation as to why they banned it. After trying to contact them several times over the next week, I was forced to contact GOOGLE PLAY, PAYPAL, and my bank to alert them of the fraud and theft... I was given back 6 months of expenditures from Wildlife studios, because of the fraud and theft. So, be warned, this game is run by the thieves and cheaters, for cheaters... It is well known the cheaters are not removed when found, as this is part of the strategy of Wildlife to get you so mad, so upset in playing ,that you spend more money to compete against known cheaters and hackers. I have no proof, but from what I experienced, the developers of this game also incorporate accounts that are fraudulent, so that the players feel compelled to spend money to play and be competitive. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT SPEND ONE PENNY ON THIS GAME,,, IN FACT, I WOULD TELL YOU TO STAY CLEAR,DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON A GAME THAT IS SO CORRUPT,,,, THERE ARE BETTER GAMES TO PLAY, WITH GOOD AND HONEST DEVELOPERS, AND WITH INTEGRITY TO BRING NEW AND GOOD UPDATES THAT THE PLAYER CAN GROW WITH, AND NOT BE LIED TO OR STOLEN FROM.... EVERY WORD OF THIS IS TRUE, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

Only reason i put 1 start cuz i cant put 0. Sniper 3d dev are just no good they change the game for the worst every update crashes. All the bonus you need to play for years to get and without them game is useless unfair. It used to be a good game before all the bonus.

En los eventos las recompensas son muy pauperrimas, aunque pagues Premium Plus las recompensas son diminutas y cada dia esta peor y llenos de jugadores que usan APK con recursos infinitos. Entonces los usuarios legales, le quieren cobrar todo los equipos lo cual para personas con 3 años en el juego aunque no es obligado jugar, ya se tiene muchas horas y recursos invertidos. Muy mal esta este juego y los jugadores legales deberiamos retirarnos todos y dejar el juego a los Hackers que usan APK.

Dafür verlangen sie Geld im vierstelligen Bereich. Keine Kundenorientierung. Glaube, die sind völlig übergeschnappt und haben den Bezug zum Geld und zur Realität verloren. They delete comments and flag you when they disagree with you or when comments they don't like.
