Ordered the light box that looked colorful and sturdy online. Arrived and is cheap plastic, the dry erase won't erase on the plastic. TOTAL cheap product.
It was a Xmas present and my granddaughter very disappointed.

Purchased and paid for a hanging decoration through wikiwii....took nearly 3 weeks to arrive with no communication or invoice atrocious customer service my advice ..avoid purchasing from them at all costs.

It was a wonderful experience! The operators explain very well the procedure and try make it as easy as possible ! The prices are the lowest on the market which makes it really worth your while. I definitely recommend this company!

sconsiglio l'operatore per 1 motivo Validissimo uno può stare senza internet anche 2 anni ma non senza energia elettrica perchè gli operatori si devono fare il sabato e la domenica in ferie State scherzando?

I ordered 3 bubble balls from wikiwii site. One broke as soon as it was blown up, one arrived with a hole in it & the 3rd one lasted a day. Don't waste your money!

I ordered 2 bouncing balls on 4/19/20 and have not gotten them yet. According to tracking they have been in California since 5/5/20. Here it is 6/30/20 and they are still in California. Will not buy from this company again and I am going to try and get my money back.

Don’t buy anything. Waited months and months for the balls to come and my granddaughter tells me the air leaks out very easy. Has to keep adding air.

I actually rate it 0. I ordered mine on April 21 and I finally got it on June 19th. And started to air it up and it has a hole in it and won't hold air. It is one of the large ones and couldn't get it to blow up to about 13 inches diameter. So I wouldn't recommend buying one.

Have been waiting on a bubble Ball since may 6 paid for faster shipping and have not received my Ball it says it is in greenwood ind since june 3 my daughter lives in Indy its 15 min from her house what's happening with this company no answers to email

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I am sorry I didn't see these comments before I ordered a product for my grandkids 3 months ago that never arrived. But they were happy to take my money. Initial email to company got a response saying delayed due to Covid. 2nd and 3rd emails went unanswered.

This company is the worst. Ordered 3-D Pen and extra colors. Pen arrived broken. Now they will not answer my emails for an address to send it back. So I did not check them out first. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I give no stars actually. I ordered 2 bubble balls plus pump.
I received 2 texts my order shipped.
A month later, no order.
I am alerting Pay Pal. I want my $ back!

I ordered ball on 4/27 for my grandkids, no ball as of June 8 2020.

I couldn’t enter that wikiwii site or get information shipped from email anymore. I fear of it is a scam? How can I contact to that company to return money or shipped to my address now. Since more than 2 weeks nothing get it.

I ordered one of the big bubble balls for my grandson’s birthday with the foot pump on March 27 haven’t received nothing

They charge extra for expidited shipping and fail to deliver on time, extreamly slow and does not refund for the slowness. I will never do buisiness with them again, and recommend you don't either.
