This is the first time using this company and it won’t be the last ! From their initial contact with me to completion of the inspection and works i couldn’t be more impressed !
Telephone calls with different members of staff i found everyone polite , informative , accommodating and kind.
Email/wassap messaging the same.
I had to cancel an appointment at short notice which is obviously not good for a business but they were sympathetic to my reasons and kindly rescheduled at a date i chose.
They sent a couple of reminders beforehand and on the day sent a message to say the expected ETA.
The lovely man arrived on time, was happy, friendly and polite. He introduced himself and put shoe protectors on and put his work bag on the porch floor to protect my carpets.
Asked if i had any faults that i knew of and then did a whole house electrical inspection and fixed a few problems he found.
Throughout the time he was here he was diligent professional and we had good conversation.
Great company to use if you need their services whether you are a business a landlord or a private individual.
Their staff are really really lovely. Professional and caring, friendly and polite x

This company will use you until you are exhausted then spit you out keep your wages due to contractual policies!

Mick the high-ranking sparky arrived on time today. Whilst he did his job diligently and with due care and attention, we discussed life, the universe, and everything. Did an excellent job. A really decent bloke. Wish all contractors were as human and genuine. Take care all.

Well, so far so useless; hung up on me 3 times, booked an appointment for a week ago, didn't show up then escalated the process as if it were my fault (I stayed in all day), then sent me a red letter for an inconvenient date. About as sympathetic as a hungry alligator, despite being informed of disabilities and previous difficulties. Avoid if the user is elderly, sick, or vulnerable in any way.

Promptly communicative and reliable company. Highly recommend.

I've been booked an electrical inspection via my housing association and as I work I am not able to be present for this. I've called their number 6 times (am & pm on different days) with no reply and no voicemail. How can a company not answer calls??

There van driver is very dangerous and careless. Cutting in and out of traffic from the Dartford crossing to Basildon. Undertaking, cutting everyone up on the A13. All this in a sign written van of the company he works for. What great advertising. Something needs to be done e about this driver before he causes a serious accident when his poor and dangerous driving standards. Can registration number VN73 ZBP

I would put zero stars, I don’t have that option. This company haven’t even stepped over my front door yet and they are appalling already. They will contact you at 7am (unnecessarily waking me up) by email, phone, WhatsApp and text saying they are coming next day. When I rang after waiting three hours was told they are not coming, with no offer of looking to see if an engineer was in my area.

If you are a social housing client they will treat you as a non working benefit scrounger.

Absolutely no respect. I have explained that I have to book my holidays a year in advance. They do not listen to I also strongly suspect that they’ve let porn spam into my WhatsApp.

Their booking system is unable to take bookings a month and beyond.

They have booked an appointment for all day today without my consultation. I’ve told them I’m at work, but the spam still continues that they are coming today. They will come and they will log this as a refusal of entry to your Housing Association and get you in trouble with said Association.

They was very polite and they was professional and had a good humour and explained things clearly was very happy with what they did

It's 2025 and the Wiggett Group can still only offer morning or afternoon appointments. In fact at first they just say an engineer will come between 8am & 5pm, you have to call them to get it narrowed down to 'morning or afternoon'. For my last appointment I waited in all afternoon but no-one turned up! No phone call or text to tell me. They really need to modernise their appointment system even if they can only give a 1 or 2 hour time slot like many other companies.

This company are under contract and treated me unfairly by letting me waiting for 9 hours for an appointment that they never kept, then they put a paper through the letter box falsely claiming that they attended which is a lie. I asked them to compensate me for the time they wasted but they refused, a very unfair way to treat customers.
