She ensured that I got everything I needed and made sure she asked a lot of questions to suit my preferences and my budget. I also would like to thank Wickes for carefully picking out their workers. I have used Wickes in Woking quite a lot recently as I am doing a lot of renovation on my house. On my last visit a member of staff called Brian was particularly helpful when I asked him about flooring. I bought what he recommended and it was really straightforward to lay and it looks great.

The staff is very helpful with lifting heavy material, excellent service.

Brian noticed we were searching and he stepped forward and asked if we needed help. We were after a Karcher T-race surface cleaner. There was just an empty space on the shelf and I thought they had probably sold out as there was only one in stock on the website. Brian went to look out the back and found 2! So I was able to get on with cleaning my patio. It turns out to be a very good accessory so good all round
