James from the Swindon branch was really great. Nothing was too much trouble when helping us to decide on what kitchen we wanted. He was patient and explained the whole process very clearly . Thank you James for your lovely customer service and we will be back in the future to have a new bathroom done.

Both cashier and Tony were extremely helpful. I had a bad back - the cashier got me a trolley and requested that Tony loaded the trolley with grow bags and then put them in the boot. Tony was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him.

I went in need several items and not a clue where anthing was, i found a member of staff named nathan, he seemed like he was only young but he was incredibly helpful and showed me where all the items i wanted where. His customer service was amazing and i can’t thank him enough

Went in to buy some Jeyes fluid, asked an "assistant" where it was and he replied "best guess it's over there by end of paints somewhere". Needless to say as about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. Needless to say I bought from a different retailer.

Tony at Wickes Swindon today made our day. It is very rare nowadays to find people in stores who are so eager to help and go out if the way to make it a pleasant experience. Well done Wickes for having such a dedicated person in your store.

A staff member named Morris lifted 3 bags of compost and put them in my car boot. He was also very helpful and polite.

When I first went to wicks swindon, the lady on the till was really helpful she made a note for someone to call. I recieved the call as promised , James came out to messure up he was really helpful , not pushy and he listened.
Follow up visit he showed me the plan ,me being me i changed my mind without frustration James changed the whole kitchen style . I know its people job but i really felt he was on my side trying to get what i wanted for best price
I found all the wicks staff in person or when I called helpful and James had so much time,helped me greatly and the patience he demonstarted as I chopped and changed my mind and plans

Couldn’t fault the service we received from James who was our design consultant for our bathroom. He came up with the fantastic suggestions that we would never have thought of and was friendly and approachable throughout the design process. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to him again for future projects. He’s a credit to your team!

I was very impressed and extremely happy with the service I got from Tony in the Swindon branch of wickes. He was incredibly helpful, polite and jolly. He helped me purchase a few bags of top soil that were torn. He bagged them into larger bags to avoid spillages in my car, he wheeled the trolley to the till and then onto my car. This was really appreciated as I am not that strong...he was chatty and polite as we talked along the way and I could see he was very customer focused. What Tony didn't know is that until meeting him. I was having really quite a bad day and his acts of kindness really helped turn my mood around.. thank you so much for all your help and for being you!

I can't thank the Wickes team at Swindon enough. Mark Mewett the design consultant has been a great help. I changed the plan at the last minute but Mark was able to accommodate my new request.
I have been fully supported throughout the whole process. As for my Kitchen installers, they where the best. Ljkitchens. Luke and Matt were brilliant. I have no hesitation recommending them.
