I visited swansea branch to buy wood flooring and paint .l need help .i spoke to one of the staff his name (chris p) .
I just like to say he(chris) was very helpful .polite, knowledgeable and gentleman.explained to me clearly what i asked him.

We went for a design appointment with anna, she was excellent. She was able to design our perfect kitchen and give really useful recommendations, the whole process was really smooth and we cant thank her enough for time and help during the whole process.

Excellent service and advice from the Martin Lewis of kitchen design. That’s Mateo Nilsen, by the way. It wasn’t a problem for him to spend a couple of minutes (???) more than the allotted period! We both really appreciate the time he spent with us, as well as the advice, expertise and knowledge he imparted. Explained everything clearly too, which helped. Grazie Mille, Mateo! I have been into wickes branch on Carmarthen Road Swansea the past two days purchasing ornamental clippings . On both occasions I asked for help as the bags are very heavy , each day received excellent help by to male workers nothing was too much trouble and they helped to put it into my car as well . Thanks to Jamie and the other guy sorry forgot to ask your name.

We have had two meeting with Katie and Katie has been great. The initial meeting was booked online and was 1 hr where we shared measurements and looked at design and door model options, and a second 2 hr a few days later to look at the design again having had a chance to think and check and then move to a deposit. We looked at the carcass and options for doors etc and wanted durability at an affordable price. Katie listened, offered alternatives and helped us make decisions in a collaborative way. Thank you. We look forward to placing further orders through Katie.

Anna has been amazing from start to finish, helping me design my bathroom. I had no idea where to start apart from a few Pinterest photos, but she understood my vision perfectly and helped me make the most of the space during the home measurement service.

During the in-store consultation, she brought everything to life with fantastic ideas and product suggestions, all while keeping within my budget. The 3D designs look incredible, and I can’t wait to see it all come together in real life!

Always has a good selection of items reasonably priced. Helpful staff in particular Steve Lowe excellent advice recently whilst purchasing laminate flooring… he certainly knew his stuff and provided guidance on laying on concrete and also the options on underlay to use… even worked out how much we would need based on the amount of flooring we bought. Thanks Steve excellent customer service

Ordered paint to be delivered to job site not near where I live as was going to be travelling there by train. Left numerous instructions of options in case of no one available at delivery address, all instructions ignored. Left note on front door, delivery driver ignored it, called customer services so many times to get it delivered again asap so I could do the job asap. The paint never arrived and had to fight for a refund. Couldn't do the job I travelled there to do, absolute joke and custoner services completely useless, why offer delivery of you cannot actually deliver the item to the address! Jokers.

Working with Anna to design my new kitchen in Swansea was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted for my home, making the whole design process seamless and stress-free.

Anna was very helpful and created a great kitchen design. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances changing I was unable to proceed but I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying a kitchen. Thankyou 🙂

We needed a little help in designing a kitchen having had a bad experience in the past. We booked an appointment with one of the specialist and from there we were really looked after
Ania Lysik was the specialist in the Swansea branch and she really looked after us from start to end. The design was carefully planned and then followed up at the appropriate time with a site visit to ensure my measurements were correct.
We did have a concern after delivery on the work surfaces and Ania sorted everything with no problem, even acknowledging me on her day off which was above and beyond expectations.
I would like to thank Ania for a great ‘hassle free’ experience and for looking after us so well - a real credit for Wickes in Swansea!

Wanted paint mixed . Asked a memeber of the staff at the till and his reply was really I wanna go on break ....absolutely disgusting service . Queue was huge only one person on the till while there were 3 of them cleaning up a sand spill....and still didnt actually clean it up by the time I left . Think ill stick to B and Q

On visiting store Mateo introduced himself to us. He gave excellent service a very very nice gentleman very approachable. Wickes he's a credit to you.

I recently visited Wickes Swansea, after needing to collect some bits to carry out a long overdue property renovation. I was served by a woman called Lyndsay, who I must say, was one of the most kind, hospitable and patient customer service advisors I've had the pleasure of transacting with. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and worked to put my concerns at ease. A real shining example of customer service, empathy and kindness done extremely well - Wickes Swansea has gained a new customer for life, and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for an all round pleasant and professional experience.

Ann was very very helpful and approachable...nothing was to much trouble ...very friendly also looked up stuff for us..would definitely go back

Ordered a kitchen from wicks took the deposit and all changed
There seemed to quickly be a lot of added extras that we wasn’t told about
Had to cancel the order in the end as it was so many added extras adding up and kitchen designer wouldn’t listen to what we wanted only what he thought would look good.

Kitchen fitter Steve jones come and knocked a wall down for us and put a hippo bag outside £1500! And demanded cash only
Then has refused to come and get the bag off the drive even after the contract states that it’s removal and wall knocking down

Wicks have employed Steve but have said they have nothing to do with it and Steve is refusing to take the bag away unless we pay him more money again

So not only are the insulation team dodging tax asking for cash in hand but they also are rude and refusing to complete jobs meant to do

Would never go with wicks for anything
Trade centre wales of kitchens !!!

If you want to give you hard earned taxed cash to someone who doesn’t pay tax wicks are your guys
