Wickes - St Albans Anmeldelser

Amazing customer service by designer Raeanna, she was super respectful and professional. Would highly recommend this service!!

The exceptional manager, David, communicated quickly and took decisive action in relation to a faulty floodlight. I have had many problems with other retailers in the same sector. So this was a real relief to get someone genuinely helpful, honest and thorough. Thank you Wickes, but more importantly, thank you David.

Excellent store, the staff were really helpful in finding what I required.

Excellent store, really well laid out, products were easy to find, unlike many other DIY establishments. The products purchased were heavy and a member of staff wheeled them to my vehicle and loaded them into the boot for me.

A nice, well laid out shop with friendly staff who helped me find my way around.

Really happy with the service I received when finding everything I needed. I felt like no question was too silly, so thank you :-)

Really good experience from start to end, resulting in a lovely bathroom being installed which we are delighted with. Shout out to Azhar, our Wickes designer, who was patient and flexible with us and gave us great advice, and the installation team who worked so hard over two weeks to give us a quality finish on-time.

Azhar has been very professional and helpful throughout the purchase of our kitchen. Responsive with clear communication, he has made the process very straightforward.

Azhar Fajurdeen Made the experience of purchasing a new bathroom so easy, he explained all the options and explained the total pricing in detail.

Azhar Fajurdeen (known as Azee) was a huge help when we were designing our bathroom. We went into the store wanting a new bathroom but not really knowing what we wanted, or what furniture or accessories to buy, and he took the time and trouble to guide us through our requests. He never rushed us and helpfully gave us ideas and recommendations on what to order based on our needs and budget. He was also very good dealing with our queries and concerns after our bathroom had been fitted. He replied to every single email I sent him and he was always available to help whenever I called him. He quickly sorted out our concerns and queries and he was very good with after-sales care. Our finished bathroom is beautiful and we are very happy with it.
I would highly recommend Azhar Fajurdeen (Azee) to design your bathroom or kitchen.

Very helpful in the details and informative on products

Azhar Fajurdeen was a fantastic design consultant. We are really happy overall with the Wickes experience and the kitchen and bathroom finish. The installers appointed we high quality and Wickes communication throughout the process was good. Azee was quick to replace any incorrect parts to ensure the works were all complete within 2 weeks. The only element that let Wickes down was that the waste collection from Hippo took a while to complete after the works were completed and some of the third party suppliers which work with Wickes were slow with refunds for parts that were out of stock or replaced. Overall however very happy with the experience and the quality of the work and finish.

Just very happy with the help in designing my kitchen and with the kitchen fitters who were very good.

Azee came to measure up and create design for our bathroom renovation. He was polite and knowledgable and the range of products on offer fitted our requirements perfectly. The team who were contracted to install the new suite, tile and move pipework were efficient and completed the works more quickly than expected. An all round good experience and we are very pleased with our new bathroom.

Excellent service at branch level. Super helpful design team at st Albans branch especially from Azhar Fajurdeen.
His design knowledge and experience is exactly what's required making the whole job fast and efficient.
Azee went above and beyond to see our orders through and make sure all was sorted to our satisfaction.

A big thank you to Azhar Fajurdeen(Azee) senior Design consultant for all the help, advice and support he gave us whilst we were updating our bathroom. He was polite , professional & most helpful in every respect. Our new bathroom looks absolutely fantastic & we are very happy with it.

Raeanna Asad  has been an absolute pleasure to work with—flexible, patient, and always willing to help. She listened carefully to my requirements and offered thoughtful, smart suggestions that enhanced the bathroom design. Her guidance made decisions easy, and I feel confident in the final design thanks to her expertise. Professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely supportive—I highly recommend her!

I recently visited Wicks in St Albans with my wife to price up a few items for our next DIY project. We asked a member of staff, Roger, for assistance and advice on where to find things. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great guidance. We also couldn't help but notice how clean and well-organised the store was.

Thanks a lot, Roger! Your excellent customer service made our shopping experience really pleasant.

last month i had my bathroom designed and fitted by rae-anna and i must say the stress she had taken off my shoulders was incredible i couldn’t recommend anyone more highly than her!!!! thank you again

We had the pleasure of doing business with Anthony, who was extremely understanding and knowledgeable to our requirements. We came in with no clear idea, but Anthony soon gave us what we think is now our dream kitchen! He gave superb suggestions on how to make the most of our space, but above all he was very patient and accommodating, and gave us all the time we needed before making our decision. We felt very happy with the service and would recommend anyone else shopping at Wickes St Albans, to look for Anthony G.
