Wickes - Southport Anmeldelser

What a brilliant new store! The staff are especially helpful, 3 staff, Craig, Nicole and Mischa went above and beyond to help me source the paint I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and they even helped carry it to the car. The store is clean, well presented and has a great range of stock. This will definately be my go to store from now on.

Been here a couple of times now and had David out to our home and design our kitchen, and wow what a design. Cannot wait for the work to start next year. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and polite. Highly recommend visiting this store.

First time coming into wickes today. So amazed by the store ending up purchasing a few items served by Ellie on the till so friendly and helpful also signed me up to the trade pro helped me step by step. Great shop

Been here a few times since they’ve opened for general bits and pieces, been served by Ellie each time, she’s super friendly and great at her job.

Lovely new, well stocked store
Everyone friendly and very helpful
First class service from Craig & Conor when we’d been in a few times to select the perfect paint colour! A big renovation on - so we will be back!

Bought a new bath with assistance of Craig and Rachel . First time at the store - great value and well laid out - first stop for me , for DIY , from now on

Chloe was very helpful with helping me find the paint colour i was after

Was seen by Damian and Sofia who were both great, I had an issue finding the right product they were both very knowledgable and helped me get what I was after in no time.

I came in today for some flooring. Mike was great, very helpful and friendly. Thank you Mike.

Amazing new store in Southport (with that new DIY store smell too). It seems like the level and variety of stock is far better than any other DIY store and all at very reasonable prices. I went to Wickes for specific products and they were all in stock. A special mention is needed for the member of the team Mischa who went above and beyond in her service.

Amazing experience. All the staff we're fantastic and very helpful especially Baljit together with her manager (sorry I didn't catch his name) who didn't hesitate to give us a hand.
Will definitely recommend the store, great prices and theres always someone there to advise you if needed

Came in this evening, impressed with the store layout.
Easy to find the products we needed.
The staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I asked about blue light discount and was guided through the process step by step by a very helpful male staff member (I’m so sorry I never got your name, guy with dark hair). We were served by Ellie who was very helpful and friendly too.
Your staff are a credit.
One criticism I can give is the marketing side of this store. It was only by driving past last week we had noticed the new Wickes store open. Driving up to the store on the main road you would never know it existed.
This will be our go to store In the future.

Warm welcome on arrival and staff helpful and friendly. Craig helped me pick my gutter and down pipe from the racks.

Visited the new Southport store today. Staff very welcoming and friendly, particularly Conor who helped with ordering internal doors and clearly explained the next steps.
Would visit again.

Brilliant service Nicole on the till was great she signed me up for a trade account, really friendly and professional.

Fantastic Craig the blue nose helped us thoroughly.
Great

Connor completely gave me the whole package, worked out how much flooring I needed, gave guidance on underlay and made the whole experience easy and pleasant, a credit to wickes,

First time I shopped at this new store in Southport. I was served by Baljit who took my order for delivery and was very helpful. Customer service was excellent.
