Pleasant helpful staff.
I went to Wickes Sevenoaks to buy some gloves today. As soon as I stepped in I was a bit lost. A young man picked up the fact I needed help, even though he was busy and came over to ask if I needed help. He found exactly what I was after. He was keen to help and did it happily. Very impressed with his efficiency and friendly customer service. What a pleasant young man.

Paul Finch is a Legend
My Wickes kitchen is 8 years old and no longer made. However a small plastic part of my magic cupboard had snapped and I could not find a replacement anywhere. Laura in your on line help team was helpful and tried but ultimately pointed me in the direction of Sevenoaks where I had had the kitchen drained. I was lucky enough to have Paul Finch answer the phone. Not only did he understands my very untechnical description of the part, but he also managed to find the very thing I needed. He went above and beyond doing this as ultimately there was no benefit to him, he was simply being helpful. I am hugely grateful for his help and I hope you appreciate the fantastic saviour you have on your team.

Great help
I popped in the Sevenoaks store last week and wanted to just say what a great store clean tidy and I asked for help finding some things for my DIY project and was taken to all the areas for what I needed.
Very helpful advice and polite staff . Also on tills they arranged for somebody to help load my car as I have an hernia and couldn’t lift some bags.
Thanks again very helpful .

The staff here are all very friendly…
The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. When I visited to purchase some gardening items (Bella) was very helpful and explained the products to me and help me choose what I needed.
Store well laid out and easy to manoeuvre round to find what your looking for and plenty of free parking too.

Bathroom design service
I needed a full bathroom suite for a tight area and didn't have time to browse the options on the website. The designer, Rose, at the store was expecting a pre-booked appointment but quickly understood my requirements and I made an appointment to visit again. She explained that she was new to Wickes but that didn't stop her from overcoming a few glitches with her computer and producing a workable layout which meant I could pay and expect delivery to site. She provided me with just the service that I needed and Wickes should commend her for that; maybe providing her with more reliable software!

Trying to order an item....the original price was £26 something. After filling in my details it then wants £22.50 to deliver it?? I then put in that I will collect it and the price goes to £42!!! WTAF
