Thank you to Sophie who flagged up the benefits of getting a trade card for me and spent time with me getting me signed up. Very helpful and now saving me money too🤗

Tomorrow I’m having my hallway redone, new flooring and I needed some edging to fill the gap between the flooring and skirting board.
When I got to the till there was a lady there and I asked her if she could find me the price of the edging and this plant pot that I had chosen , she said no problem and told me the final bill.. she said I could save you 10% by filling out some information which she filled out on my behalf and said to download the app.
The lady’s name was Donna, she was so lovely, really bubbly personality and went above and beyond to help me, she didn’t need to and I was really thankful. She was a breath of fresh air and it’s just a shame there’s not more “Donna’s” working in other retail shops. She was really lush.

I visited the Rushden store today looking for a plumbing part. Unfortunately the store did not stock the item but Cheyann googled a store nearby who had the item in stock. Cheyann saved my day, was so very helpful and patient. thank you so much. You are a credit to the store.

My husband and I visited the shop today and had the pleasure of meeting Donna. She was extremely friendly and polite, and she shared a lot of valuable information about insulation and other things we need to know right now.

April was very helpful and smiley, nice to see someone enjoy their job and be genuinely happy to help.

Sophie was brilliant. I new what I wanted but when I went in to get it there was more choice than I thought. Sophie looked it up online for me and answered my questions 👍

I went with a friend to buy some paint and tile edging. I am old and have difficulty walking and we had to ask at the cash point if there were any small trolleys as we couldn't manage the large ones but there weren't any. Sophie came with us to find the 3 different paints we needed and took them back to the cash point while we got the tile trim. Great customer service. Thank you

So happy with our visit today, and very happy that i was served by brilliant Sophie! It’s so nice to see a friendly, smiling face in customer service nowadays and Sophie definitely delivered that. She even complimented my little girls sparkly shoes! My daughter was over the moon and wouldn’t stop going on about the “nice lady at the till.” 🤣❤️ Would definitely recommend this store. Keep being brilliant Sophie!

Rachael was amazing with the specific design we had in mind. She managed to give us everything we wanted appliance wise. All done with a great sense of humour.

Going into my local wickes store, I needed some help placing a delivery, thankfully Emily was there! She was an amazing help and did it all with a smile

I came into store and couldn't find what I was looking for, I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna who was most helpful in assisting me with locating what I needed, thank you Wickes.

I came into my local Rushden Wickes today to get some pebbles I needed for my back garden. I had my daughter with me so I asked for help when I got in with loading the trolley, a nice girl at the till called for someone and they came down to help. When loading the pebbles a couple of the bags split, this wasnt the fault of the gentleman helping, the bags seem to be awful at holding the pebbles and he tried his best to get them scooped up into another bag for me. He said that the bags do split sometimes and he apologised, its not his fault though. He helped me to the car and even suggested putting another couple of bags in my boot to put the pebbles on because i had just had my car cleaned. I dont wish for my score to reflect poorly on the store or the young gentleman helping me, but the bags were awful and should be thicker to withstand the weight of the pebbles inside, they went everywhere and made a mess that seems avoidable. I did say I'd write a review to have my say about these bags, so I do hope this doesn't go unnoticed. I do apologise I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was very thoughtful.

Aiden dealt with a return item which we were struggling to work with. He delayed his lunchbreak to help us with our issue. Aiden was polite, friendly and very helpful. It was refreshing to receive such brilliant service.

I was exploring having my kitchen refurbished and looked at several companies. I had home visits from two and decided that Wickes of Rushen was the favourite.

The Design Consultant was Rachael Scott and from the home visit to my decision to place an order she was brilliant. I had hers change the original design several times which she did with patience and skill. She was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing cabinets, worktops and tiles.
There was no attempt at a hard sell, just careful listening and gentle suggestions.

I did place an order in the end not just because of the good value of the cabinets and fitting costs but the service which Rachael provided. I highly recommend her as a credit to the Company
