Wickes - Pudsey Anmeldelser

From start to finish, Sal has been an absolute superstar! He designed our kitchen with incredible attention to detail and even went the extra mile by advising my own installer to ensure everything was perfect.

As a first-time home renovator, having a design consultant like Sal made the process so much easier and enjoyable. I am beyond excited to see the final kitchen - it’s going to be epic thanks to him! I will 100% be recommending Sal to anyone looking for top-notch design and service. Thank you :-)

Great service. Knowledgeable staff.

Sal is knowledgeable, friendly and helped to make my journey so far painless, I would recommend Wicks for their professional helpful guidance.

Thank you Wickes Pudsey for donating (via the Community Programme) some paint and sockets for our creative room, it looks amazing! Very fast and responsive to our request, and it was a quick and pleasant experience picking them up. Thanks again!

I was helped by Nazeema shah she was very friendly and helpful measured up for kitchen worktops unfortunately the quote was too expensive for me. She was very understanding. I would go back if I need any more help as she made me feel at ease just need to win some ££££

Nazeema was helpful in choosing my material for my kitchen she walked us through the process and was very helpful.

Sal was fantastic and listened to exactly what we wanted for our perfect kitchen. He gave us ideas to improve our design to make it look and work better. We definitely recommend wickes for a kitchen and can't wait to see the finished result.

I would not recommend the design team at Pudsey Branch. The staff are very rude and disinterested. I was invited to the store to visit the design team. Once I arrived they had left. I booked an appointment for a home visit to measure up for the kitchen. The man then rang me and asked what I wanted and when, his manners and tone were implying that he was asking me if it was worth his time and treating the appointment as an inconvenience . He clearly didn't want to come. I asked outright if he was trying to put me off because that's how he was coming across. He said he wasn't. He reluctantly agreed to keep an appointment to measure up. He then asked if I had any pets and was clearly unhappy when I said I did. He then called me back in under 20 minutes to cancel the appointment and he told me to go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars then I would. Altogether a rude, disrespectful and time wasting experience.

Called in for some compost. Who knew so many different types and brands and I’m not a gardener by any means. A member of staff was nearby so I asked if he could help. Turns out Logan (from his name plate) knew a good deal more than me and I left with exactly what I needed and he was a pleasure to chat to. Thank you

Harry showed extreme patience re the paint mixing machine, whilst we asked lots of stupid questions.
Thank you

Penny was very helpful and supportive - very good experience

Just wanted to commend the delivery driver at Wickes in Leeds, (Pudsey).. he's delivered several times to us in Morley now and what a lovely, helpful, cheerful man he is. Refreshing and a great advocate of customer service.

Salam Desai helped us choose the perfect kitchen for our new home, giving expert advice and a professional opinion. We had no idea what we wanted and Salam did an amazing job at helping us choose the right kitchen for our space and design. Cannot recommend enough

Favourite wickes in the leeds area. Great friendly staff who always go out of the way to help you

Excellent service- staff and managers.
Always friendly and helpful.
Good levels and range of stock

Had great advice in store from Andrew and Sarah who even helped me locate the items in store, found exactly what I needed.

We recently purchased a Style Kitchen. Nazeema Shah was our design consultant, she was absolutely brilliant. When she came to our home to measure she was very polite and courteous. We had an idea in mind, Nazeema suggested ways to improve on it. When we went into store to see her design we were very impressed with the improvements she had made. She was also very helpful at suggesting wall tiles and flooring that would compliment the kitchen we had chosen. I would highly recommend her.

Good experience today, exchanged my products, easy and no hassle - staff were happy to help
