Excellent service. Colour matching service.…
We visited the Pontefract store today to buy a crown satinwood paint to match their emulsion. Crown don’t make the colour in satinwood but Vicky was fantastic and created it using their colour matching service. She went above and beyond painting the emulsion onto A4 paper. In the meantime we went for a coffee whilst it dried. In addition she mentioned about the parking time and pointed us to a QR code so we didn’t go over. Thanks Vicky the match is perfect!

Great service
I was unable to find an item and although Deb had finished she went and looked through various items and found it for me. Deb then went on the till and took my payment before going home. Great service, many thanks Deb.

Fantastic staff, very helpful
Just been assisted by Deb one of the most friendly yet professional staff members during my visit to the Pontefract store of Wickes. She went out of her way to answer all the questions I had about a product in store which I was unsure about purchasing.

I was struggling to find the correct products at Wickes, Pontefract. I asked Deb if she could help me. Within two minutes, I had all the correct equipment and Deb even carried the paint for me to the tills! What a gem.

Top notch service
While visiting Wicked today, I met Deb. She helped me set up. A trade account and answered all my queries. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And as a bonus I saved 10% on my purchase.

5 Months without hob or sink.
Bought bespoke kitchen from them(dry fit) last year it should have been finished end of September the fitter was skilless resulting in it not been finished and numerous parts need replacing we are cooking on a camping stove and washing up in the bathroom and have been for the best part of 5 months, great product shocking after sales.
