The staff at this store are amazing
The staff at this store are amazing. They’re very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to do what they can to make your experience a smooth one. I’ve been in there in tears due to the stress of my building work and suffer from a neurological condition. Julie and Simon did everything they could to make things easy for me. I’m so grateful to them. Thank you

What amazing Customer Service
What amazing Customer Service - I ordered the wrong type of item online for delivery and it arrived as scheduled. Unfortunatley I had ordered an incorrect item and so I contacted my local Store who advised to speak to Customer Service.
The lady I spoke to quickly arranged a free return for me and I then ordered the correct item. The lady was proffessional and extremely helpful and understanding.
The whole issue was resolved within 10 minutes and the item is being collected tomorrow.
Excellent Customer service from both Julie at the Oldham Store and the lady I spoke to at central Customer Services. Thank you

Superb Professionalism in Kitchen Design
The sheer professionalism of Ms Julie Johnson and her colleagues during my kitchen design consultation yesterday was superb. It was my best such experience in nearly forty years as a professional landlord with multiple properties.
