Lauren Bastón and bathroom refurb.
Lauren Baston was most helpful when we visited Wickes to have our bathroom refurbished. She was helpful, knowledgeable and guided us to the various things we might like and want. However, when we re measured the bathroom we realised that the double shower would be too wide to fit our requirements and therefore we had to cancel our next appointment. I would recommend Lauren and would ask for her should we need any other service.

Hi Clare, thanks for taking the time to share this feedback, we are pleased to hear that Ady and Keith done a great job from delivery to fitting, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. RD
Another great experience.
We ordered a kitchen in May but needed a couple of extra units to cover up some pipe work discovered upon removing the old kitchen. We were served by Emily Gladhill-Walker. Not exactly sure what would work best Emily took the time to show us lots of different options and then loaded them on the CAD system to show us the finished result. We enjoyed our interaction with Emily who is thoroughly professional and passionate. A real credit to Wickes.
