Wickes - Martlesham Heath Anmeldelser

Returned a sheet of 4x2 flexible mdf, Gemma who helped me with the return was ,brilliant very helpful

Visited Wickes at Martlesham Heath Ipswich the other day and was given fantastic in store advice and assistance by Gemma. This is not the first time I have experienced great service from Gemma and it’s always greatly appreciated. Her friendly greeting and technical advice is always first class. 👍

We were served today by Yasmin at Wickes Martlesham and she was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we approached her, she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen to help.

We were unsure which paint would be right for a job at home, but Yasmin took the time to understand what we were doing, explained the different options clearly, and made sure we left with exactly the right product for the job. Her advice gave us real confidence in our purchase.

It’s refreshing to receive such attentive and professional service - she’s a real credit to the Martlesham team. Thank you, Yasmin

Staff always helpful and cheerful and rush to open a further till if a queue starts building. Today served by Gemma who gets an A+ for cheery.
Store always clean, bright and well stocked.

Becky at Wickes Martlesham set up my trade account very quickly & efficiently and made the whole experience very easy for me. Thanks Becky!

Becky at Wickes Martlesham Heath was brilliant. Super helpful, knowledgeable, fun and friendly.

Staff really helpful, especially Becky.
All we needed was in stock at a good price.

Helpful employees. Well set out store so easy to select required items.
In particular the lady who was working in the Paint aisles who was both very helpful and friendly. And the lady working on the payment desk ( Becky). Both and indeed everyone who was present on that day could not have acted in a more professional and helpful manner. Thank you so much.

Darren from the marlesham branch was fantastic!! We had no idea about what we needed for internal doors and guided us through so patiently through our large order He is an asset to your store, as a retail manager myself for over 30 years it's fabulous to still see this standard of service.

Becky was very friendly and helpful

Really good service, very helpful staff,
Especially Becky who was very professional and courteous

Today I was served by Matt Snowdon, most charming & helpful lad. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very knowledgeable on all the paint’s which I was buying. He took all my paint to my car for me.
Matt in my opinion will make an excellent store manager.

Fantastic staff especially becky

Major commercial refit in Ipswich which required 2 new kitchens and 4 staff bathrooms. Having dealt with Shanel for my previous new bathrooms for my home, I knew I didn't want anyone else to help us with this project. Shanel was so good at designing the layout and took on board everything we said we wanted. All ordered and delivered, they even set us up a business account so that we could pay by invoice. Superb service as always and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thanks Shanel. 5 *****

Visited this store for the first time. Couldn’t find the item I wanted so went to the check out. Spoke to Becky and Darren who couldn’t have been more helpful. Darren took us to the item we were looking for and checked they were right for us. He then showed us other items we were looking at. We really appreciate the friendly and cheerful help we receive from both Becky and Darren.

Gemma at Martlesham always makes you feel a little better no matter how difficult things are in your life, she is the warmest and friendliest person I have ever met in a shop!

I usually by pass Wickes martlesham on my way to B&Q but yesterday I couldn't be bothered with the xtra time involved and popped into wicks and so pleased I did, the choice of products and quality I wasn't expecting and the staff were amazing, especially a young lady name of Becky, her product knowledge and patience and understanding was second to none, she is a very kind, caring young lady and in my opinion a true asset to the martlesham branch and to the wicks company as a whole, she made me feel a valuable customer in the store which is very rare these day's,I can't praise Becky and the other members of the Martlesham branch highly enough, I will definitely be using this branch on a regular basis from now on and will definitely share my experience with family and friends, thank you Becky so much.👍👏👏👏
