Went to the Maidstone branch and was helped by Jim - I'm not a professional or even an experianced DIYer but Jim helped me through with a smile. Made it a lot less stressful.

Jim on the till
Gave five stars as a big thank you to Jim on the till. He carried a bag of multi purpose compost to my car and put it on the front seat so that I could easily get it out of the car when I got home. He's friendly, helpful and I really enjoyed the banter.

For Maidstone, St Peter's St - and Jim!
For Maidstone, St Peter's St - other branches have been a bit hit and Miss with quality of service, but at this one everything goes brilliantly. I always find what I need, it's well laid out and looked after, but mostly the staff are friendly and helpful. Particular mention to Jim on my last visit; he was lovely and gave some great tips. Thanks Jim!

Helpful staff
Visited my local store today and needed help with a few things . Was helped very kindly by Jim , making sure I had everything I needed . He also noticed I’d picked up 2 different architraves so he made sure they were the same . As an NHS worker he kindly gave me a little discount , which was gratefully received.
As I left he wished me a good evening and to take care .
What a lovely member of staff .
If I return to your store I will look out for him if I need any help .
