We are a local primary school in Congleton and reached out to the store to see if they could help us with an outdoor project we were doing. Rueben was fantastic and kindly gifted us some sleepers and compost abd not only that but arranged for it all to be delivered! New sandpit and pond area incoming! Thank you so much to all at Wickes Macclesfield!

Absolutely fantastic service from Reuben who went out of his way to collect a discontinued item from the Glossop branch and brought it to my local Macclesfield store in his own time. Absolute life-saver. Emily is also a great asset, always helpful and very cheerful service provided. 5 Stars to both. Nikki

Popped into wickes macclesfield a couole of times over the bank holiday weekend. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Lynda in particular helped me find everything I needed for my project quickly. The products i got were grest quality too. I will definitely be using Wickes more in the future.

Went into the store today to ask about the Community Scheme. The store manager was very helpful and then Rueben assisted me with taking some materials to my car. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you

I came into wickes this week and unsure about the paint I needed, Reuben was so helpful and knowledgeable and I got exactly what I wanted. A pleasure to come to store with helpful kind managers. Even carried it to my car.

Service at the Macclesfield store is brilliant. Friendly staff who are happy to help.

At the Macclesfield store we were enquiring in regards to a new kitchen.
The lady who saw to us was incredibly miserable and made us feel very unwelcome.
We could tell she absolutely did not want to be talking to us and it felt very judgmental and just awkward all round. Massively dissapointing, and we walked out thinking we definitely won’t use Wickes as she was so rude.

Reuben went the extra mile when helping me.

Recently had some great technical and design advice on paint from Lynda. Always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - thank you.
