Wickes - Littlehampton Anmeldelser 

This is the second time we have used Wickes design, but only the first time that they will also be installing. We found the Design Consultant, Steve Watson, to be extremely helpful, very patient and pleasant at all times. Our bathroom space and shape is very small and awkward, and we really didn't think the consultant would be able to fulfill our expectations. However, we are delighted to say he exceeded our expectations. We now look forward to the installation.

We'd searched for laminate flooring, and Wickes team (headed by Paula) were so helpful and our many queries were met with a quick and cheerful response. Immediately we saw the Ashbury light oak we felt it would look great in our dining kitchen and hall. We finished it yesterday and it looks really lovely Thank you all so much!!

Xavier Lomas provided very helpful information and dealt with all our questions.
He was very patient when dealing with our enquiries.
We were very happy with the assistance given when planning the kitchen and looking forward to installation.

Shopped in the Littlehampton store and Paula served us. She asked us if we needed help and proceeded to assist us with finding what we wanted until we were totally satisfied and all our questions had been answered. Fantastic customer care and was kind enough to give me a few cardboard boxes for my garden. Small business care from a big company. The way to do it.

Regarding bathroom fitting and customer service.
Truly shocking.
Hundreds of pounds of damage done to our property.
Nobody cares, they just deny responsibility.
Utterly appalled at the lack of customer care and service, and would never use this despicable company again.
There are an army of severely unhappy customers on social media if anyone thinking of using Wickes would like further evidence of this!

Following on from the comment below, I provided the further information Wickes requested to look into this further. It is absolutely no surprise to me that I’m still waiting to hear further. They’ve had a month. Nothing. Well done once again Wickes, your Customer Service is without doubt the worst I have ever encountered. If I could give minus stars for a review, then I would. Shocking.

Popped into wicks in littlehampton. Was dealt with by a really helpful member of staff called Harry , he was such a delight . So nice to have good customer service and be treated in a kind and friendly manner . 10/10

As a long term customer of Wickes,(since they started) I was shocked by the lack of logic and customer care from the senior person in the till area when addressing my minor problem.
2 days ago I bought 2 x 2.5 Ltr Tubs of Dulux emulsion x £22 each, on promotion at buy 2 for £34. Yesterday I noticed in my rush, that I had bought both tubs in Silk emulsion, not 1 x Silk + 1 x Matt as I wanted.

No problem, I had my receipt plus it states on the back to retain it as it may be required for a return or "EXCHANGE". Which I believe I was attempting to do!

On arrival in store I gave the unopened tub of Silk to the cashier, while I went to get the tub of Matt.
Showed the receipt and the tub of Matt to the Cashier, who then told me I had to pay £2.50 as it is separate to my purchase!! I explained I bought 2 tubs on Monday, I brought 1 back today and am exchanging it for 1 tub of Matt today. I paid for 2 tubs and I still only have 2 tubs. I am not ripping Wickes off by doing that.
The Senior person then arrived and said I had to pay or the stock levels would be wrong. (Not really my problem)
A junior member of staff explained to his Senior and myself that it could done by using a certain process on the till. The Senior person virtually shut him down, even though he had the solution, that was acceptable to all parties.
The "intransigent jobsworth" insisted I had to pay, which I did reluctantly. I believe the "jobsworth" must have missed all the customer service training during his joining procedure, as he is does not possess one iota of logic or empathy. He is an extremely bad advert for Wickes, which I have never witnessed before, from all my years as a loyal customer.

Millie was helpful, knowledgeable and creative. She came to my home a couple of days after visiting the showroom and got a quote and picture done within a few hours afterwards. Thank you! Order placed.

Been a customer at Wickes for years. Nearly always have what I need and prices are good. Staff are always very helpful and nearly always cheerful. Thank you, Claire, for being a ray of sunshine today on a gloomy day!

Claire was very helpful and patient with me when I asked about not being able to find their Topsoil location in the garden area. She also kindly asked if I required any assistance. The price of the goods were also alot lower than local regular garden centres. She was was very nice to deal with.

Placed a large, complicated timber and MDF order with the Littlehampton branch this week. The young lady I dealt with was very knowledgable regarding the requirements. The order was placed and paid for in a very professional manner. She is a credit to the Wickes company and I hope we can rely on her for future orders

Get there for 7am and always have what I need.

Jimbo and Jan are far to cheerful for that time of the morning but very helpful all the same.

Great selection of diy & trade products. Excellent discounts for trade card holders. Assistant Claire very helpful.
