A very helpful women called Amy help me today with the trade pro account thankyou very much , she made the whole process very easy a really helpful member of staff

I use wickes Kettering branch regularly. Amy was a massive help today helping me set up my trade pro she’s always very helpful and always polite

We went to Wickes Kettering for purchasing different things such as wooden panels and timber for wooden fence, bathroom tap, DIY items like that and many more. If we have any problems with any products within warranty time they will replace it for us. The staffs are very helpful, cooperative and friendly and happy to help the customers. We are very happy to purchasing from Wickes Kettering. 🙏🙏🙏.

Absolutely 5* service from start to finish. Simon Burton at the Kettering store made everything so easy, once we decided on the type of bathroom we wanted, the choices we made and design were all done in less than an hour! Within a day, we had our quote and there were no issues whatsoever.
The installer they assigned to the job was amazing - I'd recommend Dmitrijs, professional, polite and his attention to detail was incredible. Our house was left spotless and he was so careful throughout the week he was with us.
Top level of service and would 100% recommend going down this route for a bathroom install!!

In summary I went to return 6 tins of paint on 23rd April to the Kettering store and was told I could not return there as they do not stock that colour of paint.

I called customer services and they spoke to the store manager who agreed to arrange collection from the Kettering store.

I have been chasing since as I received no notification that the refund has been processed and kept being told that it will be processed within 14 days of being received in the warehouse.

It got to 18th May and I spoke to someone on live chat and they advised they will forward to the correct dept.

Nothing heard so chased again today (22nd May) via telephone to customer services and have been advised that the paint was never collected from the store.

The only option they gave me is they need to arrange another collection from store which won't be until Tuesday 26th May then once received into warehouse the refund could take a further 14 days. 

This means that I will have waited over 2 months to get a refund which is unacceptable. In fact I haven't even received confirmation that the collection has been booked from the Kettering store so I have no faith it will be.

I shouldn't have to wait any longer so please authorise the refund for the 6 tins of paint ASAP.

Ultimately Wickes customer service are at fault due to not arranging the original collection appropriately and the Kettering store for just letting the paint sit there for over 1 month without taking any action.

Please let me know as soon as you have processed the refund.

From the initial consultation, Simon the Wickes bathroom representative, guided my wife and I smoothly through the ordering and design process. His product knowledge and expertise, made us feel confident in ordering our bathroom through Wickes. The bathroom parts were delivered at the times allocated. The bathroom installer was friendly and efficient, and kept us well informed of progress throughout the installation. He also worked in a clean and tidy manner. My wife are I are delighted with the finished bathroom.

I’m done with the "big name" brands that treat delivery dates like a rough guess and price their hardware like it’s plated in 24k gold. I switched to Wickes for my latest project and I’m not looking back.
​When they say they’ll be there on Wednesday, they are actually there on Wednesday. No "sorry we missed you" texts while I'm standing on the driveway, and no disappearing acts.
​The best part? I didn't have to take out a second mortgage just for a box of nails and a few DIY bits. Their prices are honest, the quality is trade-standard, and they don't add a "luxury tax" to a bag of concrete. If you want a shop that respects your time and your wallet, this is the one. Tadam! Project back on track.

Simon was amazing!! He was very helpful and professional throughout his time at our appointment, no faffing ! Give that man a pay rise!!! Can’t wait to see next week when we go to the store to see what plans he has for our kitchen and bathroom :) :)

I have just had a new fitted kitchen from Wickes Kettering. I am very pleased with both the quality and the professional finish of the product. The kitchen fitter (Gints Zebergs) has done a tremendous job and although it took longer than I expected, his attention to detail was such that the longer fitting time was worth it. A very pleasant individual who I would ask for if I was having a kitchen fitted in the Kettering area. Very pleased with the outcome everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

I've always found the staff in the Kettering Wickes to be such a lovely team, happy to give time with any questions etc. Amy in particular bursts with warmth and smiles even on the dullest, coldest early winter mornings.

I was looking for some paint and unsure what to buy. A lovely chap called Steve helped me and was so patient. He found the right paint gave me some tips on painting with it and even carried it to the car for me. Such a lovely man. Wickes have done well employing staff like Steve

From our first consultation with Simon right through to delivery and installation by Joel, I couldn’t fault the service from Wickes. Both Simon and Joel showed real care and attention to detail, and Joel’s workmanship in particular was outstanding. Thanks to them, the kitchen installation turned out absolutely perfect.

I PURCHASED TWO BLACK SLATE UPSTANDS FOR MY KITCHEN SKU NUMBER 161175 CUT THEM TO SIZE KEEPING THEM IN THE WRAPER TO PROTECT THEM UNTIL FITTING.
WHEN I UNWRAPPED THEM ONE WAS GLOSS AND THE OTHER MATT AND A DIFFERENT PATTERN.
WENT INTO STORE AND WAS TOLD " WE CANT DO ANYTHING AS YOU HAVE CUT THEM" DESPITE THEM BEING MARKED AS EXACTLY THE SAME.
i CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER BUT THEY HAVE LOST ME 100%
NOT IMPESSED AT ALL.

I am still awaiting a call back from over 7 days ago. No one can ever help on the phones, multiple errors made. Once they've got your order and they are closer to their sales target, it's all downhill from there.

I went to Wickes in Kettering 30/09/25 early in the morning and the cashier was really helpful and friendly he even helped us registered to trade pro. Thank you, we really appreciated it.
