Wiktoria has been brilliant throughout the process and has also been very patient while we waited on the completion of some building works. As soon as we were good to go, she helped us tune the final design and set the wheels in motion. We cannot recommend Wiktoria enough… Amazing.

Great service from start to finish with designing the bathroom from our rough sketch by moving units and shower around to achieve a beautifully laid out bathroom and we are very happy. We highly recommend choosing Wickes for the bathroom installation.

Due to the ravages of age, I decided to covert my bathroom into a walk-in shower room. The Wickes design consultant, Victoria (a very pleasant young lady), visited my property and, subsequently, we met at her in-store office to decide on the final design. Victoria was very professional in her approach and displayed a wide-ranging knowledge of the products available.
I used Mario, the installer suggested by Wikes. He is clearly a competent professional, and suggested helpful changes to the original design, without adding to the cost. With occasional help from his able colleague, John, he completed the work in just over two weeks. He did his best, during the installation, to reduce any inconvenience to me to the minimum.
It’s worth noting that if you are doing, as I was, converting my bathroom for health reasons then you are entitled to a refund of VAT on the costs.

Sarah Gerrard-Cook did a good job of designing our kitchen and was very helpful throughout the process. Our fitter Steve did a good job and helped with organising the deliveries

Horrendous experience from start to finish. The installers were amazing, but they were fighting a losing battle. The designer measured items incorrectly, did not quote me for all the work that needed doing, and sold me items incompatible with my existing set-up. The order then arrived late, after my installers had already arrived to start the work. Now we've found out that they've sent one shower panel in the wrong design. No idea when I'll get the correct one, so the shower cannot be finished. Yet they want me to sign off on a completed installation.

UPDATE: one month after their response below and I still have an inoperable shower. It now leaks and has no water pressure. They have declined to respond to any emails regarding this. They have also not arranged to replace the extractor fan which they broke.

Excellent customer service from Sarah Gerrad-Cook. From initial design stage through to completion. The installer was friendly, professional and polite. Everything was kept clean and tidy. A few post install issues were followed up on quickly.

Today we visited Wickes in Huntingdon. We were assisted with our purchase; from start to finish. We bought some heavy garden slabs. My husband is recovering from a heart bypass operation. We are pensioners.
Josh lifted the slabs onto the trolley and insisted on putting them in our car. Such a lovely lad. We couldn’t have thanked him enough. Thanks Josh!!!

From first meeting designer Sarah Jenkins through to completion of the conversion of our downstairs loo into a shower room, everything went very smoothly. The initial design layout was excellent, and Sarah was helpful in her advice concerning fixtures and fittings, but also flexible, as we wanted to re-purpose as much as possible, and ended up supplying our own fittings the contractor Steve, from Vincent’s, got in touch prior to the work being done, replied to my questions promptly, and arrived exactly on time to start the work, which was completed in half the time that Wickes had allowed for! He went above and beyond - even fitting the towel rail which arrived just as he had got in his van to leave! He and the two lads with him were a pleasure to have in the house.

Sarah Jenkins made the process of choosing my new kitchen very easy. No amount of questions were ever too much and I found her to be knowledgeable, emphatic and helpful. I can honestly say that I probably would have not decided so quickly to go with Wickes if it hadn’t been for her. Thank you Sarah ❤️

Firstly Wickes design team member Sarah, fantastic, our installer Mariusz, fantastic and couldn't fault them!

Wickes Customer service/complaints however are absolutely useless!
Had a whole new bathroom, not cheap, done just before Christmas in time for our baby arriving. Everything looks great but the shower stopped working. Installer come out to sort it multiple times, clearly faulty shower unit so trying to get it replaced I have to waste my time chasing down the warranty team who've apparently emailed me on either an account I dont own or just cant be arsed! So when my son got a stomach bug and threw up all over himself on Tuesday night, instead of a nice shower to clean him up I had to clean him using the sink which isnt ideal or why we paid 10k to Wickes for a nice bathroom!
Ill be waiting till Monday to contact the Ombudsman regarding this issue and Im working all weekend so I cant wait to waste more of my short life chasing up people who clearly dont care once they have your money!

In closing
I wouldnt recommend Wickes just because if you do have an issue youre unlikely to get help as their aftercare is substantially lacking for such a large business!

Sarah (GC) our Design Consultant at Wickes Huntingdon has been superb. Lovely lady, so friendly & helpful who provided support throughout. We can’t thank her enough for such a fantastic service. John from TIC who did the installation with his team Charlie & Vlad all worked so hard & did an excellent job. Friendly & cheerful service throughout & great to have a proper clean up by Emily on completion of the works.
The Big Watch Out which is totally on Wickes & no reflection on any of those above, is the total lack of transparency in installation costs & being misled by the quote to actual cost at the end which was then £2,400 more!! Wickes need to stop quoting on guided installation costs just to think you’re getting a competitive price & get you to commit & pay 100%, only to follow up with a home service by the third party installers where specialist works & any extras are then added on, plus more costly add ons that only come to light during completion of the works because the guided pricing isn’t actually a true reflection of the work required!! Wickes need to join up with their third party installers & allow them to provide a full & comprehensive & quote from the start so customers actually know the full cost that they are committing to.

A thoroughly stress free process when choosing our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for Wiktoria Krakowiak (Huntingdon Wickes), our design consultant. She was patient, friendly and professional throughout the process.
We are impressed with the quality and range of kitchen products available. The whole process, so far, has been trouble free and Wickes seem to have established a well thought out structured operation.

From the initial visit from Sarah for the kitchen design to the fitting of the kitchen by Steve, we cannot fault the service. Both were very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah was happy to revisit and discuss the design and when there was the obvious odd snag, Steve was only too happy to sort things out. I highly recommend Wickes, together with Sarah and Steve. A very happy customer.

Wiktoria was excellent. She was well prepared and helpful. She was friendly throughout and answered all our questions. Our bathroom is quirky and she spent time finding solutions and talking through options.

Very happy with the service and experience we received. The kitchen consultant was really good and totally knew her stuff. Was really good both in the appointment and following up with really quick turnarounds on any changes we communicated to her.
