Kim went above and beyond to help me…
Kim went above and beyond to help me today. Being on crutches I was unable to carry the items out of my car to do the return (we'd over ordered the product). It wasn't Kim's job but she did it anyway and helped me carry everything. She was very friendly and polite. So was her colleague Natalie.
I've used this store many times and the staff are always very helpful.

I have been a Wickes customer for over 40 years. I have been pleased most of the times at Handsworth branch.
The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
I was served by Kim, Tracey and Bal, all very helpful, know their products and guided me.
I am not happy with the low number of staff at times( I have visited the branch at different times). For example last Tuesday there was one member of staff.
The computer system and / or the internet needs to be taken out and better system installed. Updating of produce is left to chance.
I ordered several items but when we went for checking out the systems went down 4 times. After 1 hour 20 minutes a youngish female members helped me sort my trade pro app and order the materials. Brilliant.
The delivery service is useless. I was getting my delivery on Monday 7 September but the delivery partner did not leave message. When called back they did not give me satisfactory answer and disconnected the phone.
The phone messages don’t say who they are and whet they are delivering for me.
They did not knock on the door.
I had to pay staff £300 as they could not do the job as the materials were not delivered.
When I visited the branch Ang was very helpful and arranged the delivery for yesterday.
As you are the customer facing business I don’t want to know the ins and outs of who delivers. I want Wickes to sort out the contracting arrangements.
Several staff are bilingual that helps the multilingual communities.
