Wickes - Hall Green Anmeldelser 

We were greeted by Ash when we had our appointment to discuss our new project and he suggested amendments to our initial plans that maximised the use of our small footprint kitchen.
The resultant plan layout and images were very detailed and the time frame for delivery was flexible as we were unsure when needed. In the end there was a long delay between delivery and fitting but Ash was on hand to help with our questions.
We had some surplus items that were returned and credited which was very useful in planning stages.
The instructions were very clear and we managed to do most of the building ourselves. Very pleased with the quality. Overall a very pleasant and cost effective experience.

Helpful staff, scarlett was a great help providing me with the correct paint for kitchen cabinets.

We live in Solihull and booked a design visit a few weeks back with Wickes Hall Green branch online. The visit was booked for today 8/2/26 at 10:30am and we recieved a reminder/confrmation for the visit yesterday. However, still waiting and no one has called or cancelled the appointment. Complete waste of our time!

Had a great experience visiting Wickes over the weekend. All the staff were polite and very helpful, especially Steven, who went out of his way to assist me with finding the correct extractor fan.

I visited the store today and was looking for some information on wall panelling..I spoke to a a young lady . Heather ..she was very helpful and advised me on what I needed and costed my project up for me . Such wonderful service and a credit to the store team ..will Def be shopping at Wickes for future projects .

Scarlet was very helpful and friendly. She mixed my paint well and showed me the colour after it was mixed.

I visited Wickes Hall Green as I am in the market for a new kitchen. Whilst looking around I met Mo Ibrahim one of the design consultants. He showed me around and explained all the different design ideas available and I was instantly impressed with his knowledge. From then he understood exactly what I was looking for, worked through the pros and cons of different ideas and helped me achieve something I am so happy with. I am very grateful to Mo as he made the process very easy for me. Thank you Mo!

Popped into Wickes in hall green and had such a good experience. A lovely young girl called Kyrah helped me pick the perfect paint for my newborns room, she showed me where everything was and was just super helpful overall. Really nice to see someone so young taking pride in what they do. Thanks Kyrah!

Visited Hall Green Wickes on Sunday the 2nd of November. The help and assistance given by two employees can only be explained as sublime. Scarlett & Heather had an excellent understanding of what I needed. Both were extremely polite and helpful, with positive attitudes. In a way that i would best describe as both being exceptional.

We made a fairly simple purchase of a sink unit for our utility area. Deep assisted us beautifully in our choices. He listened carefully to our requests, he was patient, friendly and expert in his knowledge.
He made us feel we’d be very happy to recommend your store and Deep’s attention to us. Hayley on leaving also gave us a lovely smile. Thank you!

Mark in the hall green stored saved the store a £1000 order
A blonde lady day before told us the systems were down but the systems were fine. Mark used his intelligence to place orders across stores and patiently wait until the job was done. MARK for manager.

Why is so difficult to acknowledge someone at the till ?
Where is the friendliness , where is the approachability ?
If the job is not what want to do , then don't do it. Hve some pride in your work.

From purchasing bathroom furniture, doors, toilets and today paint I've always had support from the staff they are great!

The management team were great on shift today helping me with finding the correct paint needed!
And the lady on the desk, Alishah was great

What an amazing place to shop for your building supplies nothing is too much trouble.I would also like to thank Rashpal your courier I now known rash for over 3 years a mountain of advice and nothing is to much trouble.I would like to add I have been in wheelchair for 13 years so again thank you all very much

We came in to the Hall Green branch in search of a kitchen for my daughters first apartment. We met Richard who booked us in right away. At the appointment Richard helped us configure a very small and awkward kitchen, and introduced ideas we hadn't considered, which allowed a better layout, and storage solutions.
He was professional, patient and incredibly good at his job. I do feel he is an asset to the company. Thank you so much Richard, I will definitely be recommending you and will be back for our kitchen with yourself at the end of the year too. Thank you.
