I would like to commend Leah at the Wickes Halesowen store for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting us with mixing various Dulux paint colours, taking the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed.
Nothing was too much trouble, and her friendly, knowledgeable approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and professional service, and Leah made what could have been a complicated process very straightforward.
Thank you, Leah, for going above and beyond. You are a real credit to the Wickes Halesowen team, and we will certainly be returning for future projects.

We had a consultation with someone from Wickes at our home about a new kitchen.
We'd already selected the kitchen we wanted; all that was to be done was to measure up, select worktops and handles and discuss storage solutions for the two base cupboards that went deep into a corner.
The advisor was erratic, utterly preoccupied with our budget and not interested in answering any of the questions we had.
She literally flounced out mid sentence when we said we simply wanted a price for the kitchen we had selected and didn't need to discuss budget.
It's an Extremely Small Kitchen, no more than 4 base units and 4 wall units. We were quoted nearly £12,000.
There was no design needed, as we were replacing like for like.
She said it was guaranteed for 10 years then the written quote said 2 years.
Really disappointing and frankly weird service.

Purchased a kitchen just after Covid wicked fitted the kitchen 3 mouth of completion my kitchen became a nightmare and customer service past me around to different people I wished I never had brought my kitchen and bathroom from wickes it’s been a disaster

When I decided to do a full bathroom remodel, it felt slightly daunting but once I'd made an at home design consultation and talked through a few ideas I'd had I began feeling so much better! The service and dealings I've had with Paul Potter from Halesowen I have to say have been extremely professional and friendly with such good advice given when I had questions to ask. When I was sent the 3D design through, I was so impressed, my vision brought to life with great understanding of what I wanted!! Can't wait for the job to be started now!! I would highly recommend using this service, it's ideal as its free, and you don't need to go in store to do it!

We met Joanna she guided us all through the process in yes buying a Kitchen and she is very nice lady. We find it very easy with her and thank you.

Elliot at the Halosowen stored was fantastic today, he helped me sign in for a trade account in no time, explained how to use it, what discount we could get and what to do to pay for our purchase made in store whilst waiting for the trade account activation. Couldn't have had better customers service!

Really pleased with the service received from Greg Evans at the Halesowen store. Nothing was too much trouble and he designed a great kitchen for us with patience and really helpful advice.

We have already purchased kitchens from Wickes and have always been impressed with the quality and value for money. All have stood the test of time and one has been removed and fitted elsewhere. We called into day to purchase some replacement doors for said units so that they would match our newer kitchen. The salesman, Paul Potter, was very helpful and knowledgeable and ensured we got the right products at the best possible price. Would highly recommend.

Paul potter made the whole process of buying a bathroom suite as simple and user friendly as possible. From the first house visit to the booking of the installation and everything in between, this has been the easiest home improvement project i have been part of. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future

I have just ordered a long awaited kitchen which I was very nervous about but Paul Potter at the Halesowen branch made the whole experience simple and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble for him he took his time to show me my options. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the products and able to advise when I was unsure. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and never once made me feel pressured or that I was wasting his time. Thank you Paul for your patience with my changes now I can’t wait to have it fitted.

My husband and I visited your store in Halesowen to buy some sleepers you had on offer at £8 ,great price. Unfortunately you had sold out. I asked an assistant Joshua a lovely young man if we could still order them. Joshua was very helpful and checked if another store had any. To our delight, they had some at your Dudley store. We wanted to order 40. Joshua ordered them for us but there seemed to be a problem with a delivery date, no dates were coming available. Joshua was interacting with us as he tried various ways to get a delivery date. Joshua was determined to sort this out . After a short time Joshua did just that and split the order into two deliveries. The delivery dates then appeared to our delight. I would like to say, Joshua gave us great customer service, he persevered and we felt valued as customers. Seems he is great at problem solving and customers are important to him. I think Joshua is a real credit not only to your store but the company. I hope you will recognise his efforts. What a genuinely nice, polite caring young man. 5* service. Thank you Joshua.

Careful with these people, when ordering a multiple item order for delivery, I was one item missing £9.00 in value but needed it.
Contacted customer services via email, firstly they said they would refund me, I replied i didn't want a refund just my missing item delivered, they said ok, just had an email saying they have proof of delivery, a photo of 1 length of wood, i ordered 2 different dimension lentghs of wood.
Well done wickes absolutely useless delivery and customer service too.
