Wickes - Gravesend Anmeldelser

Rachel Adams at Gravesend Wickes was amazing and made the process of choosing our new kitchen so straightforward and positive. She was very efficient in measuring up and designing the kitchen, as well as extremely knowledgable about all the products available and how best to use the space we have. Highly recommended!

I was unsure about the items that I was trying to find and was approached by Karen, who was amazing. She had great knowledge of the products and a few helpful hints. Excellent service and super knowledgable. Thank you Karen.

What a great company with super efficient service by Rachel Adams at Gravesend branch. Can’t recommend how good the experience was. My kitchen is stunning!

Karen was super helpful taking us through a lengthy ordering process. She was also very patient with us while we were using multiple gift cards and very knowledgeable when arranging delivery.

Karen was so helpful arranging £100 donation worth of goods for my pre school.

Thank you so much

I needed 1 item - a 10 litre pot of paint and could not find a trolley. I was directed by staff to look in the car park but there were only flatbed trollies. Apparently they don't do normal trollies as they are not needed; 'more people like the flatbed style for wood'. Going into a big refurbishment project this will affect the DIY shop I use and it is unlikely to be Wickes. Please dont assume all your customers are male and buying large quantities of wood!

Big thanks to Steve Hill for my lovely new kitchen. Steve was very helpful & nothing too much trouble for him. Great customer service & I would definitely recommend Steve. I’m so pleased with my new kitchen.

We were served by a young man called Lewis who was extremely helpful and friendly . He sorted our order and arranged for a rapid delivery. It arrived in just over an hour. Excellent service and delivery

John was very helpful in store today and pointed me in right direction as I wasn’t too sure what I needed..
Thank you 👍

Rachel Adams at the gravesend branch is the perfect sales person
listen to everything I wanted in my new kitchen tweaked a few bits that wouldn't work ,very knowledgeable
and professional without being pushy thank you Rachel for a great experience

We had an idea what our new kitchen should be like but needed a professional eye to put it all together. Enter Rachel Adams from Wickes at Gravesend. We made good use of the store displays with Rachel assisting, not pushing, our choices. From our basic ideas she has given us the full design in 3D form. The home visit settled any questions we had and from that the design evolved into a solid vision of what we wanted. No hard sell and we matched our budget perfectly. So Far a very positive experience.

We had a great experience working with Rachel on our bathroom renovation. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough with her work, and made the entire ordering process efficient and straightforward. We would highly recommend her services. Jo & Roger

Rachel Adams at the Gravesend branch is so knowledgeable, she has some fantastic ideas and sent us a 3D image how I new bathroom would look. Rachel went through everything with us thoroughly and we can’t wait for our new bathroom to be fitted. Thanks again Rachel would highly recommend you to anyone 😊

Rachel Adams from the Gravesand store is highly professional. She measured my kitchen with great precision and designed a kitchen in the style I wanted while staying within my budget. She is also a very friendly person. I highly recommend her service!

Rachel Adams from the Gravesend store was extremely knowledgeable about products.
She helped design our kitchen with complete understanding of our needs. The home visit was very professional and understood what we were aiming for with the design that she came up with.

We recently used Steve Hill, Design Consultant at Wickes Gravesend. Steve has been with the company for years and his expertise clearly shows.
From start to finish Steve was amazing, a professional throughout who gave us the kitchen we dreamed of.

We had a lot of work to do and quite a difficult space to work with but Steve was able to give us a whole range of options and explained everything clearly.

He answered every question (even my repeated panicked ones) really quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
For some people it's just an interaction or a job, but it felt like Steve really cared. We wouldn't think twice about using him again.

Customer Service was a nightmare!
Customer service and the DX delivery service - the complete opposite. I wouldn't even call them a service. So unhelpful. DX were uncontactable through phone, email and live chat after hours of trying and when items vanished, apparently the mystery team we needed were never working.

Wickes customer service really undermines the hard work that Steve was doing and it was nothing short of frustrating. If there was a way we could do everything through Steve and not need to deal with the customer service people, we would have.

The only reason we would use Wickes again would be because of Steve and his hard work.

Karen and Natalie were very helpful when ordering my log storage shed, reserving the item for me as only limited stock available. I valued and appreciated their kind assistance.

Rachel Adams at Gravesend store was great from start to finish

My bathroom designer/consultant was very professional and quite clearly knows what he is doing.
The transition from design, choice of fittings etc. to the installation process went smoothly.
There were a few glitches but these were down to suppliers. For example, There were no radiator valves supplied,
A dual heat element for the radiator (instead of the single element) was not supplied. I took the original back to store and obtained the one I wanted from Amazon.
My installer was excellent. I have sent a report to Wickes regarding his work.
