My first visit in the new Dunfermline store and it was excellent. Staff member Lisa A was friendly on arrival and went on to show me the kitchen section before getting signed up for Trade Pro alongside Elaine who was also extremely helpful. Nothing was a hassle. Great service.

This was my first time in the new store in Dunfermline. Excellent service by staff (Rebecca and Caroline) in answering my questions and ensuring I got the right product for my needs. Great to have an alternative hardware depot in town again.

When I came in to buy a toilet seat, Nikki didn’t just process the payment and send me on my way – she went the extra mile to make sure I had measured properly and even advised me to double-check before opening it so I could return it if it didn’t fit. Sure enough, it didn’t fit, and because of her thoughtfulness, I was able to bring it back without any stress.

When I returned, Kathleen stepped in and could not have been more helpful. She patiently made sure I got the correct size and style, with kindness and understanding that really stood out.

The level of customer care I received was absolutely exemplary – far beyond what you normally expect when buying something as simple as a toilet seat. Both Nikki and Kathleen turned what could have been a frustrating chore into a genuinely positive experience.

Wickes should be very proud to have them as part of the team.

This was our first visit to your Dunfermline depot; I didn’t even know that it was here! I was checking out the solar panel solar batteries, and Kathryn approached asking if I needed any help? I explained that I didn’t, but I HAD been thinking about adding storage batteries to my 16 panel, array! Later at the checkout, she came across to help the checkout girl to apply a discount to a tin of paint that my wife had purchased! GREAT customer service from Kathryn!

Been using Wickes for many, many years. The new store in Dunfermline is the best I've experienced so far. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and patient. Great to have a Wickes in the area, saves going into Edinburgh when it has to be Wickes. This is now the No.1 hardware+ store in the area.

I popped into the new Wickes store in Dunfermline on the 18th of August and was really impressed with Diane and Daniel. They gave me a hand with the tiles I bought and even helped carry them to my car in the pouring rain. They both had big smiles the whole time and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks so much for your help!

Lisa M went above and beyond to help me return unwanted items and purchase the correct ones for delivery. Thank you so much! And if I may say, the new store looks fantastic and should serve as an example to other businesses in the area.

Visited store to buy some emulsion paint.
Asked a member of staff,Lisa M, if they had a certain colour in stock. Not only did she tell me the stock levels but took to the correct aisle and found the colour I was wanting. Excellent service.
The store itself is fresh and modern with what seems to be keen pricing.

We were buying floor tiles for the bathroom and was unsure where to get the primer and how much cement we needed. Lisa a was very helpful and called Justine to confirm the amount we needed. Both were very helpful and pleasant
