My designer rupert hinkes from wickes collanades purley way croydon explained everything from designer following through to delivery in a professional manner was 100% helpful in ideas and explanation it's very rare in these days to get a salesperson committed to my ideas and budget but Rupert went above the call of duty even when I was asking to change items at the last moment I would highly recommend and definitely use rupert hinks for future projects a credit to his employer

Went in to get to get a few bits for redecoration and got some help from Nathan. He was really helpful

Very bad experience. Went to the appointment saw the gentleman who I had meeting. No effort at all he didn't show any interest at all. He asked me for the measurements when I showed him he said u already have a design I said yes from Howden's. He said why u didn't go with howdens i said I want to shop around he said wickes is not cheaper as he was a howdens representative not wickes. Didn't even bother checking or giving me quotations. Guess WICKES Don't need my business. I think Howden's deserve my Business they went above and beyond to design my kitchen and no silly questions were asked. WICKES wasted my time. Nothing as they advertised on their website.

Viv was exceptionally helpful and very polite, friendly and humorous.

I was with my son and we were looking for blue paint and she patiently helped us through and gave us good advice.
Although we did not get what we needed, she made the experience worthwhile.

We came to wicked to pick up some plumbing for our new bathroom. Dennon was extremely helpful and went went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. Will definitely be coming back the next time.

When ordering kitchen wickes could not be more helpful after payment was made things started going downhill.
Original delivery date changed after being reassured it will still stand,some measurements wrong so had to cut some cupboards down,waiting for replacement parts which would arrive damaged or not on time was a nightmare & seemed to take too long arriving,right upto blaming my kitchen fitter for faulty parts
So many phone calls & emails which they might reply to.
The after sales whole experience was an utter shambles,this whole experience has had a detrimental affect on our well being and left us at a financial loss.
Will never use again or recommend wickes mostly because of the after sales service.

Vivi was very helpful and went over and above to get me what I needed . Which was not on the shelf.

Having attended a few other design appointments wicks was the one for us.
The design consultant Rupert came to measure the kitchen space, he was very knowledgeable about the kitchen spec we had decided on and was very friendly, professional and trustworthy when advising us on possible different ways that we could plan the kitchen and incorporate different features that we had not thought of.
Visiting the store then to have an appointment to pick the colours and type of kitchen we wanted was effortless and worked out for us.
Delivery was about a week later, the delivery guys were fantastic, they delivered to the room we were using to store it and was stacked properly and neatly so that we didn’t have to re arrange anything.
We were advised to check off the boxes so that any discrepancies could be sorted out straight away to avoid delays in fitting. The order was all correct.
Great experience from the design consultant Rupert, we had our own fitters so cannot comment on the fitting service offered.

Vivi was very helpful and knowledgeable. Help me to make right decision on my selections of the items I was purchasing. Walked me to other sections of the store to buy other items. Willing to help. She is a treasure to WICKES as a staff. Well done 👍🏾.

Kitchen consultant forgot to order parts, installer kept scratching panels and trims. Deadline met but what an effort to make sure everything went according to plan. 50% of cost was labour. NOT WORTHY.

Very happy with the care, design suggestions and attention to detail we received from Rupert over the past 4 months to help us design and order our new bathroom. Rupert was very accommodating with working around us and was inspirational in providing solutions to challenges around our design. We also had great help with overcoming challenges around delivery date and the help we got led to the bathroom being installed within a very strict window we had set.

Good job Rupert and Wickes in general, thanks to you, we now have a bathroom we absolutely love.

I’m buy from Croydon Wickes so I’m finding some stuff in Wickes but one staff member name is JAMES…he help me find some useful information for item and he is good communication with customer and such a helpful for every customer…so James is such good person and i always recommend to him…..

James is a friendly cashier in Purley Way. He's polite & always says thank you at the end of purchase
