Truely Shocking kitchens....bewarned never even attempt to purchase a kitchen from wickes... went in store to buy , bought the 3 kitchen cupboard to start then told all rest needed to be order for next day delivery ... never even arrived, called store .. & customer service... still no joy .. I've now pull out the rubbish cupboard awaiting replacement ... wickes kitchen complete waste of time .. even our joinery Man has cancelled his account.. 🗑🗑🗑

I needed help designing my kitchen layout, and Andrew Critchley has been fantastic! Nothing has been too much trouble for him. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and ensured my kitchen included all the features I needed, offering helpful tips and ideas along the way.

There was absolutely no hard sell, just a focus on making sure I was happy with the design. The whole process has been incredibly easy to sort out.

As my first review they have tried to get taken down, i thought id be kind and rite another, well what can i say about this joke of a company, sold me a dream received a nightmare now telling me the kitchen I thought i was getting having been designed by one of there incompetent designers actually carnt be done so in order to have it done it would have to be miss matched, 😂 had the pleasure of another idiot come round today to tell me he disagrees with my complaints, induction hob scratched, told o we have some one to fix it, erm no I payed for brand new and that’s what I want trims places on not even stuck on all work tops and splash backs cut wrong sizes different cupboard doors on one of my cupboards none of it is level he’s chipped numerous tiles whilst fitting. radiator in wrong place soft close cupboards not shutting drawnt in marker pen all over freshly painted kitchen extractor not fitted correctly and so much more but he’s happy with that this is a WARNING to anyone wanting to get there dream from these con artists don’t waste ur time and effort even getting the designer to come round because it won’t turn out to be what you designed and then your stuck trying to fight stupid people

Had great help from Shane with my roofing felt. He lifted it off the shelf and put it in my car for me. Even took my trolley back. Excellent customer service. Thank you Shane.
The lady on the till was also really nice.

Doug was amazing! Eveything was measured up to size and then we had a meeting to discuss designs, everything we wanted was done with ease and it was a super easy process. Really great and I recommend anyone thinking of redoing their kitchen goes to Wickes. So efficient and great customer service.

Wickes Crewe ....Jekyll and Hyde company .Can't do enough with the designing etc but once you put your order in and part with money it is a different story. They will quite happily ignore you and if you are fortunate enough to speak to someone they will just give you a fictitious response. They have absolutely no regard for customers after they get your money We have been waiting weeks for a replacement sink pedestal so a 4 day job has turned into 3 weeks .You would think that such a large company with multiple branches would be able to get a replacement quickly however it seems that is beyond their capabilities ....I have myself checked stock in other stores and it is available so I can not fathom why I am still waiting. We have been told that it has been delivered to the Stoke branch but it actually has not .
The Installer Nathan has done a beautiful job but because of Wickes incompetence he cannot complete it and he has been so helpful in trying to get this sorted for us.
We are due to have our kitchen installed on Monday but am now seriously considering cancelling after this couldn't care less fiasco.

Nothing was too much trouble for Andy, my first visit into store I had no idea and no appointment but he made time to listen to me and suggest ideas, I had done some rough measurements and he used this to put a design together, to give me a rough idea of cost. He arranged to measure my kitchen properly within the next few days, my design was updated accordingly. Went back into store to finalise ideas. Andy was patient and professional making changes when appropriate and talking to me about cost implications and checking deals. I need my bathroom doing next and I will be going back

We have recently replaced our bathroom, after plenty of research and looking at various options and ideas we decided to give the job to Wicks in Crewe. What a great experience, creative, organised, friendly and very professional. As we have a small property with just the one bathroom, we decided to go away for the week the installation/fitting was taking place so we met the fitter before we left, this gave us complete peace of mind as he was a lovely guy and we felt comfortable leaving our property in his hands. We returned to a beautiful new bathroom, fitted to the highest of standards and everything clean and tidy too. Our experience of Wicks was brilliant, what a class act with great quality products and staff! ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We initially contacted the winsford branch but they didn't have any appointments. We contacted crewe online and received a call from Andrew to book a appointment.
We arrived at crewe very open minded as we didn't have a clue what we wanted. Myself and girlfriend had two different ideas. Andrew then began different design options and we were soon able to agree on a kitchen and bathroom. Nothing was ever a problem for Andrew he gave us a option everytime when we were undecided. Can't recommend Andrew enough he was excellent throughout the design and buying stage and still keeps in touch while we work with the builders on a fitting date.

On a casual browse we asked Caroline a question which was comprehensively answered. After some thought we decided to ask if we could get an idea of what was available and at what cost for our kitchen. She introduced us to Andrew was brilliant. Not at all pushy but full of suggestions about what we could do and left the option of a home visit for a more detailed plan up to us. We went home and decided to go ahead with the estimate. 2 weeks later we ordered our new kitchen which is due to be fitted in a few weeks. Can't fault the Wicks team or the quality of their kitchens.

We visited the showroom and asked for a design consultant to plan our kitchen. Andrew critchley did an amazing job outlaying a plan for the kitchen
He was very helpful and professional in anything that we needed in the plans would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom if you are planning a new kitchen/ bathroom .

We have used Wickes Crewe for a kitchen project , and two bathroom projects , they are very helpful very well priced and a pleasure to deal with would recommend to anyone.

Super organised, great communication, well-made product and fitted fantastically.

We had a Wickes fitted kitchen in 2021, they did the design, supply, and installation. There were some post installation snag that took about 18 month to resolve, mainly because customer services response was poor. The quality of the units is quite good and they've lasted, however, the workmanship is quite awful, with gaps in the woodwork and excessive use of silicone sealant masking poor workmanship, also may small point have not been finished and there's an obvious lack of attention to quality and detail. Plastering work they contracted to do is very uneven, rough, and quite unprofessionally done.
Even now I have challenges....United Utilities now want to replace my water meter however I find that Wickes have installed all of the pipework behind cupboards so, in order to carry out any basic maintenance it will be necessary to break the cupboards or dismantle half of the kitchen. This is Wickes design and it's quite annoying that simple maintenance is overlooked. I've raised it with customer services, no response so far (I don't really expect one given how difficult they were to deal with when resolving post fitting issues).
Overall my experience has been very disappointing, as said, the product quality is ok but their professional fitting service is not good value in terms of quality and cost.
Please get in touch is any readers have suggestions on how to remove the back of these cupboards without a major refit.

Very helpful and informative regarding kitchen unit

Love the Click and Collect service, but sales staff at the till are not as helpful at Crewe as they are at Winsford.
