Wickes - Cheltenham Anmeldelser

Can not thank Stephen Francis enough today for his very prompt delivery and helping me out. Really made my day Thank you 😊

Easy to select stuff I needed and fast at the till plus friendly exchange, thanks.

I was trying to find a specific item, a square metal bar and after wandering the aisles for a while I asked Shannon and she was very helpful in locating the item I needed

I was helped by ‘Ben’ on the checkout … he knew the aisle I needed for the protective gloves I was trying to find & was very polite & helpful with advice on which I should go for.
Charming young man, an asset to your company! Thank you…

Super service as always, thank you for always being so helpful Michael.

I was struggling to find what I needed and so I approached one of the staff called Michael and he was able to give sufficient advice and supported me to get heavy goods into my car. I prefer going to this Wickes as the customer service here is wonderful!

I had a brilliant experience with Wickes and I want to give a special shout out to Shannon from the delivery team. From start to finish she was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Her clear communication and calm approach made the whole process stress free.
Shannon went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and the products I needed were the best ones!
Thanks to her the delivery was on time, hassle free and actually enjoyable! Wickes is lucky to have her on the team, and I wouldn't hesitate to order again based of this experience!

Excellent service from the staff at Cheltenham when I visited a few days ago to choose some interior doors! Very knowledgeable and we’re able to help me come to a decision :)

I popped into store with seeking some advice about some flooring which I would like in my home. I spoke with Aidan who took his time to give his best advice, and I received great customer service. Very pleased with my visit

Visited Cheltenham Wickes today and was meet by the most helpful staff member ‘DAWN’ she was very professional.
Cheltenham Wickes should be very proud to have a member of staff like Dawn!!

Recently bought some bags of sand and later realised I needed to change them for a more expensive type. However I never bothered with a paper receipt for the original purchase. Although I could prove I had bought the initial bags from them , the guy in charge refused to give me the small refund offset against the latest bill. I don’t blame him if that’s there policy but not a good policy. So be warned - always have a paper receipt!

Very helpful & polite colleague help me with my shopping needs . Mikey on his name badge was dealing with another customer but politely told me he be with me straight way after. It was really busy instore at the time so I could tell staff members where up against it , I had lots of questions but he didn’t seem bothered at all and help me best he could and then offered assistance to the car .

Aidyn was very helpful a couple of days ago on a busy Saturday morning. He answered my questions and helped me without a sense of impatience or being rushed despite other customers behind me. A nice experience.

Rahat Ovee came to measure up my kitchen. What a knowledgeable young man he was. He listened to what I wanted and gave his professional opinion which was valuable. He sent me through the design enabling me to view it before I met him at the show room a few days later. He kindly took time to talk through the products and answered any questions I had.
If the rest of the service i get from Wickes is as good as Rahat has given so far, I will be a very happy customer

Good experience this morning. Needed screw head covers amongst other things. Dawn went to the trouble of seeking them out - very helpful!

My dealings with Wickes have gone very smoothly and efficiently, overall I am very happy.

Had a wonderful experience with the InStore Salesperson (Caitlin at Cheltenham). She helped walk us through the designs and we were able to see some of the items in store too. She was paitent and offered some good insights as to what typically works well with regards to some of the componants and their compatability. Thus far, the experience has been great. The real test will be when the bathroom is installed and how that turns out.

Good service in store, staff efficient, friendly and not ‘pushy’. Displays make selections easy.

Dale was great - listened to our needs, understood the limitations and made some great suggestions that we wouldn’t have considered. A really great service both design visit and in-store.

Had my consultation with Caitlin from the Cheltenham branch she was so lovely and chatty and made me feel very welcome ,I went away with my dream kitchen thanks to caitlin I couldn’t of asked for a better member of staff so thankyou wickes Cheltenham!!
