Wickes - Catford Anmeldelser

Very happy with delivery service - 20 heavy paving slabs - delivered exactly when they said. Glad I didn't have to transport them in my own car. £4.00 delivery charge was what it would have cost me in petrol.

I wish Wickes didn't charge for the deliveries beyond a certain value of purchase. Otherwise it would have been a 5-star

Easy to order, delivery was helpful, delivery staff placed my products in my garden for me, very helpful and polite.phone call before delivery let's you know when they should be there. Super service

I would recommend George at Catford if you are looking for a kitchen or bathroom renovation. He sat us down discussed our options around kitchen range we would like gave us an idea of cost. Then designed it .We were so happy with the design although it was a bit more than George suggested we still brought it

I arranged a home visit to my property in Peckham to discuss the renovation of my bathroom. The Design Consultant at the Catford branch of Wickes contacted me the day before the appointment.

Surprisingly, I was told the minimum spend would be £5,000+, excluding installation.

I found myself disappointed and unable to proceed with the appointment, as a decision had already been made as to the costs without the designer visiting my property, and considering the size of my bathroom (small), the materials required for the work and the design I had envisaged.

If Wickes' practice is to have a fixed price already in mind before viewing their customers’ homes, this does not bode well for future customers inclined to use their services.

Had the appointment gone ahead and I was happy with the outcome of the visit, I may have retained Wickes’ services for the renovation of my kitchen.

Missed opportunity by Wickes.

Future customers beware!

I’ve ordered Cotswold chipping gravel bags for the garden from Wickes twice this summer and great delivery & product both times. Exactly what I needed thank you!

I have had 12 deliveries of heavy goods over a 5 week period and every one of them has been very quick and very efficient.

Reliable and punctual Ideal company's

The blokes that delivered the wood were nice enough, however they only delivered 7/8 items before heading off. Called Wickes customer service straight away, after ten mins they picked up, informed me that that will send a replacement. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for this…

Used many times and always provide excellent deliveries. Products are good value and usually in stock for delivery.

Quick delivery, good support, flexible

I had an excellent experience when visiting today as I found the staff to be very helpful. In particular, Raeesah was very knowledgable and easy to talk to, which made my experience go very smoothly. She was very patient with me as I had many questions on the item I purchased as it wasn’t something I was familiar with. I would definitely visit this store again! 10/10 and would recommend!!

had a great experience in store today Shane was great with advice and helping me and makai was great also very lovely team you have in catford

Delivery was prompt and on time but was delivered by the most miserable man I've ever met. Didn't offer to bring the very heavy doors inside the doorway for me, just left them and walked away. Having said that, the delivery overall was very good value.

I order last week and I choose the day I wanted that was very good. My order was on time and the driver update me when they are on there way. Very friendly and helpful

Excellent service so thanks Daren, your a star 🌟

Affordable, delivery on time and great experience overall

I was kept fully informed of the schedule and the drop-off of a heavy pallet was made in a helpful position. Wickes Delivery was perfect!

Delivery excellent as usual!!! Delivery arrives when due - even on a Sunday at times- and there is a helpful courtesy call before. Great service- thank you!!!
