Fantastic experience, first time buying a kitchen and Ian was knowledgeable, reassuring and thorough and nothing was too much trouble nor did we feel pressured into anything. Thank you

Excellent, thanks to Rachel in the Caerphilly store!
We thought you could use Clearpay in store but turns out this was online only. Rachel had lots of patience with us, put the order through on my phone for me so we could compete the order. What a woman, total asset to the store. Thank you so much for helping us (I’d only saw a TikTok less than an hour before on how to build a stud wall & had somehow managed to talk my husband into it! So you saved us a lot of stress & still got me my wall!😆) Thank you Rachel!

I visited the store today. The service from Jacqui, in particular and the other staff was first class. I would definitely recommend them for any advice or help with DIY matters.

Fantastic customer service - looking for paint and a member of staff named Morgan went above and beyond to help - even going out the back to look for a tin of paint that was just delivered.

I dealt with Ian Baker and he provided a first class service , from start to finish.
I highly recommend you speak to Ian if your planning your next home improvement jobs

James was really friendly made the experience really easy and was very helpful listened and gave some great advice

Angela was great to work with, really helpful and offered great options in different price ranges to meet our budget. Made our experience really easy.

Angela was very helpful and extremely patient while helping me chose my new kitchen.

Visited yesterday to buy flooring and the service we received was brilliant. Morgan was lovely and helped to put it in the car, and Jaqui was also amazing, with helping to deal with a cancellation of an order and to put the flooring on the trolley and also which underlay to buy, there were also 2 other members of staff which were friendly and helpful. But unfortunately we didn’t catch their names. Well done Wickes!

Selena on the tills was very helpful and very informative on the product that I needed very cheerful and friendly.

Angela was so helpful during our home visit and in store while designing our bathroom. Everything was explained clearly and thoughtful consideration was given to the additional needs of my disability.

I had a great experience today with setting up my trade account in store and purchasing of materials, thanks to Getrude for her assistance and support with this

Ordered a kitchen and utility room, we had a planning meeting with James, who had the patience of a saint! James knew what he was doing, which made the whole process 100 times easier! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Sian today!
She helped find what I was looking for, opened a palette that had just come in to get what I needed and also looked up whether another item was available in store & discussed delivery options! Sian knew where everything was, nothing was too much and she was very informative … but most of all super friendly, helpful and made the shopping experience a lot easier.. just what I needed whilst shopping with my baby!
Thankyou so much Sian!!

Sian was very helpful assisting me to place an order for delivery, at a convenient date, that was too big for my car.
