Always use Wickes for my DIY needs etc but they recently closed my local branch so really pleased with the service at Longwell Green which I’ve switched too, definitely worth the extra travel.
A special thanks to Nathan for sorting out a problem that we had today

I recently visited the Wickes store at Longwell Green and had a fantastic experience. Nathan was incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, offering great advice and making sure I had all the right products for my project. The store was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location, and especially appreciate Nathan's excellent customer service!

I’ve not a bad word to say about my experience of this store. I trotted in empty handed and trotted out with my hands full! Nathan was particularly helpful, he kindly helped me figure out what I needed for my broken toilet. Nobody wants a broken bog! Great customer service!

A brilliant store
A brilliant store, well organised and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a query that required the managers assistance and honestly he couldn't have been more helpful and had a great sense of humour to go with it. I don't usually write reviews but my visit to this store made a really good impression on me. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Wickes to date
I have previously had a Wickes kitchen & based on that experience have returned, not really wishing to go anywhere else. Rich Bounds helped bring my kitchen vision to life. He was helpful, knowledgeable & insightful. Nothing was too much trouble & everything was well explained with no rush or pressure to proceed. Hoping my fitting experience is as easy as last time.

Excellent customer service, 5*!
Couldn’t find a product and I asked someone from customer services who was very knowledgeable. They showed me exactly where it was and gave me some very useful information about the product. 5* service.

Kitchen design
We have just ordered our new kitchen with the expert help of Rich Bounds at the Wickes Longwell Green store. We would really recommend meeting with Rich to discuss your ideas to see what you can achieve with a thought through kitchen design. We were impressed with the choice on offer and the customer care provided, we did not feel rushed or pressured during the process and the communication was great. Thanks Rich for all your help, we look forward to getting our new kitchen!
