Magda was especially helpful and I’m thankful that she took the time to find a solution to the paint situation. Only 3 x5l tins left but the deal was 2 for £44 or £28 each? I wanted x4 but only 3 in stock, I couldn’t pay for x4 and collect at a later date as the my couldn’t order any unless it was out of stock? She offered to sell me x2 of the 2.5l tins at the same 5l deal to make my x4 cans. Saving me atleast £12. So thank you Magda. People appreciate this. I appreciate you 😁

Went to the Boston Lincolnshire store to get some topsoil. Asked about some ripped/broken bags of soil placed nearby and a kind member of staff said we could have them for a small donation to their charity box. Excellent customer service.

I recently visited your Boston store, I found your staff to be really helpful, a lady called Maxine F was especially helpful and patient with me when I wasn't sure what I needed.

After an underwhelming appointment at B&q that made me feel unexcited we had an appointment with Shelley at Wickes. Shelley came to our home to measure the bathroom, she is friendly, approachable, and gave some great advice. She supported us to pick a bathroom we fell in love with and we left feeling excited. She listened to our needs and we led with the appointment with what we wanted alongside her help.

Shelly provided exceptional service, her communication was brilliant and made us feel comfortable and welcoming, whilst having a sound knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. I highly recommend Shelly to anyone who wants excellent service for kitchens.

Adam was very professional and knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable and not rushed.

We think he is a valuable asset to your company and would highly recommend your Boston store without hesitation.

I had a 20 sheets of plasterboard to take from the shelf and load into my Van and Mikey was very helpful and polite and helped me do the lot.

A young lady named magola helped tremendously with my order and also looking for outdoor dusk to dawn lights and some plugs, I asked what time she finished and she said she should of finished 50 minutes ago, what a wonderful service, which is so hard to find I hope she gets her overtime

Have used Wickes Boston for personal projects and more recenty as supplier for products to renovate our grass roots football club facility using the Wickes community programme. Danya at Boston was excellent and assisted us at every point.

Just ordered a kitchen from Wickes Boston, Design consultant Emily planned and designed it and knew exactly what we wanted and had it done in no time at a great price, Will definitely be recommending her to anybody that needs a new kitchen

Beware. I would never recommend buying a kitchen or bathroom from this company. When you order, you are not told that hidden in the installation cost is the supply and collection of hippo bags what cost around £250 to £300. I have been told today that they can not refund the cost even though we didn't use them and they haven't had to arrange collection, so they are just keeping that money we have paid. It is not an option to have that cost removed from the installation cost on time of ordering. They are just ripping customers off. We had a skip delivered because we were not told these bags were supplied. This is miss selling and against consumer rights.

Wickes as a company is fine, been going for 25 years maybe longer.
I've never had a problem with any member of staff but there is this one particular young female had no customer service what so ever, she was so rude.
I've never complained about anybody in my life, but she was terrible. A

I am a community fundraiser for Jerry Green Dog rescue, I popped in to the local Wickes (Boston) simply to ask if the staff would be kind enough to display one of our posters in their staff room. I spoke to one of the manager who was beyond lovely. After quickly finding out she had actually previously adopted a dog from ourselves, we then got speaking and I was telling them about a community project I was currently building, I was quickly told about and encouraged to apply to the Community Programme Wickes runs and it has been a brilliant experience from then on. The application was easy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. The turn around from going in and speaking to the charity champion and receiving the donated items was very quick meaning we are able to start putting together our project which will not only help us to continue to rescue dogs but also the community allowing them access to affordable items but also access to important resources if needed. Thank you.

I regularly visit Wickes and always find them very friendly.
I would like to particularly mention and recommend Mark who is always extremely helpful and who nothing is too much trouble for.

Bad service. Ordered a pole saw online, it said it was in stock so I ordered it and put it in the basket. I drove 24miles to get it, on arrival they told me it was not in stock, offered me nothing at all for the trouble it caused me. Will not be using them again

The kitchen team were clear in their explanations of different products and at no time did we feel we were being pushed into buying something more expensive. They demonstrated different products in different price ranges and allowed us to make our own choices.
