Fantastic help given by Jenny in helping us to find our dream kitchen design. She made sure that she listened to all our wants and needs and used her wealth of experience to guide us to our final design. Nothing was too much and we really appreciated the time she spent with us. Now looking forward to the installation of the kitchen. Thanks Jenny!

Jenny D at the Bolton branch was very helpful throughout the entirety of the designing process and beyond. We designed a kitchen with her and she was very patient in taking all of our ideas in to consideration and designed our perfect kitchen in a short space of time.

Recently purchased a kitchen from the Bolton store with Adam m who was absolutely amazing helping us with our design he made the process so smooth that it literally took us an appointment to our home for the measurements which was done late evening meaning no time off work. Then another appointment in store planning and picking. Within an hour and half the full kitchen was picked, planned, ordered and payed for. Can’t thank you enough for taking away all the stress and helping us with decisions 😃 definitely recommend!! Will leave another review once fitted 👍 oh not to mention getting a bespoke kitchen half the price 😮 with all the discounts on atm 🙌

Adam arrived on time and was very professional and courteous, we explained what we wanted for our new kitchen and at the end he had remembered every detail we had spoken about. He also had great suggestions and alternative ideas for the design that made it even better. Brilliant service, couldn't recommend enough and excited to continue. Thanks!

I’ve recently had surgery and was unable to lift a couple of items that I needed. A lovely lady by the name of Olivia was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It really brings home what excellent customer service is like. Thank you Olivia

Purchased a few items online. When I received the order, 2 of the items were wrong. After contacting customer services online I received a call from the Bolton branch who apologised and explained that what i originally ordered had gone out of stock so they sent a replacement product, but they sent the wrong product. An immediate replacement was delivered and collection of the wrong product. Excellent customer services and super fast service. Thank you.

Had our bathroom installed by Wickes Bolton recently and am so so happy with our new bathroom.

Adam was amazing, he helped so much from start to finish. Nothing was any trouble at all to him, he constantly reassured us about anything we were needing done and made us feel so much better about everything.

Easy to book online, an in store kitchen consultation. Jenny D at Bolton was friendly and so helpful!! She knew how to listen to what we wanted but also advise when we didn’t have a clue, she is very knowledgeable of kitchen design. Absolutely recommend her to help you plan the most important room in your home.

I really would love to give Wickes a 3 but at the moment I can not!

It took 6 months from deposit payment to get new bathroom installed.

Its 4 months post installation and I have been struggling for same duration to get a post installation visit to sort a bathroom leak, yup new bathroom is leaking into kitchen even though I highlighted this from Dec 25, no date yet for revisit.

True to corporate form repayments started even before I confirmed bathroom as completed...

It will be great to fo back to the days of pride in work and good customer care!

I have been looking for a new kitchen for quite a few weeks but just wasn’t connecting with places I had been too, I decided to try Wickes and wow! Adam was absolutely amazing at my in-store appointment, he really makes the whole experience stress free, with his knowledge and experience, I have chosen exactly what I was looking for and my home measuring appointment is booked! We had a lovely experience with Jenny based at the Bolton branch. From start to finish we had top communication. She took on board everything we wanted to input into our mini kitchen Reno. Which is just a spruce up for selling on. She managed to get us some amazing deals with appliances and really thought out the box with designs. She mocked up 5 designs and all of them has aspects we loved but 1 just really stood out. I would highly recommend using Wickes and we will definitely be considering other projects through Wickes.

Well! what can we (my husband and I) say! from the very first meeting Jenny D was the absolute epitome of professionalism, curtesy, helpfulness and thoughtfulness. Jenny D was so knowledgeable about just about every product imaginable and I mean the wares we asked her about and even really good suggestions about the ones we didn't think about or know about. She showed us this fantastic walk-in larder unit that if it hadn't been for her we wouldn't have as our prize cupboard planned for our kitchen!
Jenny D made the whole experience of planning and ordering a new kitchen and bathroom much more bearable and even a pleasure...so much so that we have already recommended her in particular and Wikes in general to one of my husbands brothers.
She listened very carefully to how we used our current kitchen and designed our new kitchen around our needs, which shows not only did she know Wikes products and appliances very well but exactly the ones that would help us best over just giving us 'any old sale.'

We were having a new kitchen installed, and we chose Wickes at Bolton, this was due to their extensive range and pricing.
We were so lucky to work with a superb design consultant named Jenny Dooley. Jenny is a passionate individual, enthusiastic, approachable, and an excellent designer. She enjoys getting to know her clients, listening to them, offering solutions and guiding you through the process. The design she produced exceeded our expectations .
Our design was then passed on to Mike Howarth the kitchen installer, who brought Jenny’s design to fruition. He is an exceptional hard worker, professional in his attitude and work, approachable and kept us informed every step of the installation.
We were so lucky to work with these 2 individuals, and both provided an excellent service.

Having book a design consultation with Jennifer Dooley we found her to be very knowledgeable. We had a specific design layout we required and Jennifer was more than happy to guide us and help design our kitchen with the correct units with our measurements we provided. Jennifer had alot of patience as we changed a few aspects of our design when returning. She is very approachable and has a very bubbly character which makes you feel more relaxed. Thanks again Jennifer for your time and patience

Anthony was very knowledgeable and able to discuss different ideas with us to help us get the outcome we wanted. He knew the showroom displays well and how they were all fitted. Can definitely recommend and the showroom definitely shows the quality over other similar kitchen providers

Absolutely horrible, we had a call 30 mins before the appointment, just to be told that the kitchen prices are around 8k to 18k. We were also asked if we had any ideas or what we want the kitchen to look like which we answer yes just the colours and some ideas and then were told to take a picture of the kitchen and go to the store and do it in there.

He didn't even bother to come to the house and ask for our budget or see a way around it.

Really really bad customer experience from Adam.

The designer at the Bolton store, Antony, was superb from start to finish.
Excellent communication throughout, friendly, knowledgeable & made the process extremely easy.
Just made it a great experience, I’d have no hesitation in recommending his expertise
