Came to the Barking branch and a staff member Rupali was able to assist me with all my design needs. Very helpful member of staff and I’ll definitely be returning for my next design project

I had a great experience at Wickes in Barking, thanks to Rups. She provided excellent customer service and was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout. She took the time to understand what I needed, making the entire experience much easier.

Rups is a real credit to Wickes. Thank you for your service.🙂

Came to the barking store and serviced by the most helpful polite lady, called Rupali. This lady went out of her way to assist me with what I needed. A true asset to this organization. Thank you Rupali.

Ben at Barking Wickes store was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. As an Architect, his expertise was invaluable beyond just selling us a kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Rural was extremely helpful in sorting my order and trying to arrange an early delivery. She was polite and responsive.

Our design appointment was a huge help. This wasn’t a sales process, this was all about getting the best bathroom for our budget.

The worst customer service i went in for a simple return or even exchange i had the emailwd receipt but they insisted i needed the small paper receipt and told me to go to a diffrent store and try. Will not be going to this branch again.

Great service. Sarfaraz Patel was excellent & made great suggestions also.

I've been using Wickes in Barking regularly for my trade work, and I can honestly say it's one of the best builders' merchants I've dealt with. The store is always well stocked, the prices are competitive, and the 10% trade discount makes a real difference over the course of a year.
What really sets this branch apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help locate products, offer advice, or make sure you're getting exactly what you need for the job.
A special thank you to the management team for maintaining such high standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both trade professionals and the general public.
I would also like to give particular recognition to Rupali. She is always professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist customers make every visit a pleasant experience. Staff members like Rupali are a huge asset to the business and are a big reason why I continue to return.
Outstanding service, excellent value, and a fantastic team. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality products and first-class customer care.
