New shower room
Called on the off-chance to Baguley to speak to someone about replacing our bathroom at Baguley. Had been recommended designer Hayley by a relative and she couldn't have been more helpful from designing our bathroom/shower room and keeping in touch until work completed which we are really pleased with.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. The Baguley store had no one on the kitchen section on three successive occasions I visited. Asked the customer service desk for advice who told me to book an appointment on line even though I only wanted a new splash back not a full kitchen. To cut a long story short, my appointment was cancelled and I was told they don’t fit splash backs!! Howden’s or me

I use Wickes Baguley as my go to DIY store. Each time I find what I need and at a good price the staff over the years have been consistently good.
But today I had the pleasure of being served by Ike, a top guy who’s an absolute credit to Wickes business. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
A quick trip to the store for specific items, Sam showed me where the items were located & gave me pointers to which product would suit my needs best. There was no hint of trying to upsell which gave me confidence in her advice. Ike was a lovely chatty ray of sunshine at the till which brightened up my very rainy trip to Wickes. Prices were very competitive too.

I give 5 star for wickes You always get a good experience with wickes Baguley. The people are very friendly and helpful. I have to mention Ike who is very pleasant in his approach and make you feel its your store, with his attitude towards customers.

Had a lovely visit to the Baguley branch today and met 2 wonderful staff. One helped me with a technical issue with a product. The other was Ike on the checkout, he was personable, polite and friendly.
