Can’t stop won’t stop…
I have been wearing WW suits for the last couple of years. They fit amazingly great and bring out the strong, sexy goddess that I am. I probably have a dozen. And love to find breathtaking places to photograph myself wearing them.
The suits fit true to size. The more daring the better I say!

Half of order did not show up
Half of my order did not show up, only the bottoms to the bikini and not the top. I ordered expedited shipping and the seal on the package for the bikini bottom was already broken when it showed up. The package the item was shipped in was sealed properly and there was no damage to the external package. First time ordering from this company, not sure I will order again.

Upon checking the history of your order, I see that it was placed on our website on 30 June, shipped to you from our US warehouse on 2 July, and delivered to your address on 8 July.
Our system indicates that both your bikini top and bottom were correctly sent to you. I have now raised this incident with our fulfilment team, as well as with our carrier, to further investigate this issue.

I bought a bodysuit for my partner. She is always stoked with WW gear as it is always of high quality. She looks great in it so I'm also happy! She said the fabric feels soft against her body and feels super comfortable as she wore it under her work outfit. She hasn't had a product from WW that she has been unhappy with as yet.

One of the nicest companies EVER
One of the nicest companies EVER. I had so many questions about sizing and the customer service rep I spoke to was amazing (can’t remember their name sorry).
I was really unsure about my size and figured I was in between sizes. To my pleasant surprise, wicked weasel ended up sending me both sizes! So stoked I can now rock them both depending on how risqué I’m feeling lol. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to has been nothing but kind. I figure they must treat their employees really well for them to be so good at what they do. Definitely a good brand to support.

Love the suits/ disappointed in availability
So, my wife and I really love her WW suits and MM suits she has many of them. She loves the fabric, how the fit and stretch, how they hold up over time, and how they don't real fade. We have been buying WW since 2011 and never had problems, Until Now. For some reason over the passed two years almost every suit is back ordered 7 weeks. Well it's truly not 7 weeks its more like 12 to 14 weeks or in our case looks like more. They just don't tell you that until you ask and after you have order the suit.. So they keep your money and you have no product for over three months. Their production and shipping gets a big fat 0 out of five stars. Their sister company Microminmus is even worse at production and shipping and customer service. We were just told by MM that it could be another 10 weeks on top of the 12 weeks we have waited already. WW has become a pay now get and get your product much much later. If you want a new suit for Vacation next year if you order now you will be fine. If you wait until closer to your trip good luck. We ordered 12 weeks in advance of our vacation on both WW and MM and it doesn't look like either suit will be here in time. Now you would think for the price we pay for the best suits on the market, you wouldn't have to wait 14 weeks or more to get one, but you do!! WW and MM are not the companies they used to be. I would suggest for every week they go past 7 week the customer should get 5% off per week. In our case and I'm sure many more that would be 45% off our next order with free shipping because you will still have to wait 5 to 7 weeks. And again a not delivered order
Our 3. And last review over wicked weasel, after some problems over the Shop we bought now over eBay on 30.of april a in stock item, today on the 05 june is the parcel not delivered, no mail from the german customer service, payed but recived nothink. Contact with the ebay service we had 2 times, they sayed our order is delivered soon, give us a little bit time please but now 2 weeks later we recived nothink. Again a very bad experience with wicked weasel, now we have a tigress bikini Top but no string to it..... if the service says to you they will do it in future better, its a lie, the problems are now since some years and they will not end.... today we must give our problem to the ebay service team to recive our money back.
Sad we must give 1 of 5 stars, normaly it must be 0 of 5 stars.....

Exchanges take WAY too long
Their clothing is very nice, but their customer service process is extremely disappointing. I wanted to exchange one item, so I purchased a "rapid" replacement and send the original one back. It was received in Los Angeles on April 22. The company then ships the items to themselves in Australia, and will not issue the refund until they get the item back there. It is now May 26, and I am STILL waiting for the refund of the original item. It appears from the tracking report they sent me that it is still sitting in customs in Australia. Several emails have assured me "it won't take too much longer".

Please allow us to explain that as per our standard policy, our valued customers are welcome to return items in new condition with tags attached for a quick exchange or a store credit up to 90 days after the order has been dispatched.
We normally offer the Quick Exchange option for our customers to receive their desired exchange styles and sizes, while the unwanted items are in transit back to our facility in Australia. We understand that this is not a suitable option for you at this time due to your preferred exchange size being unavailable.
We totally understand that not getting the items that you like can be frustrating, and please also be assured that we do our best to refill our shelves with our high-quality bikinis to meet the high demand.
As previously discussed via email, we accommodated your request to receive a cash refund as a one-off gesture of goodwill. However, we hope you understand that as agreed, the returns must be received and assessed at our AU warehouse before we can issue your refund.
