I lost my Amazon account forever because another company violated Amazon’s Terms of Service. Luckily I’m able to still sell on Amazon thanks to Why Unified since I am using their account. Waiting to get set up and eager to get going

I made the decision to start with the free store and to be honest it was not that special because the products are not as popular on the paid plans so i upgraded and now my account is being setup. I am hoping that everything will work out like it says it would but the support is really good compared to the free plan already

The first month after I signed up with Whyunified was a bit bumpy, I couldn't figure out the dashboard and I was a bit lost on the progress and process which made me feel like nothing was happening. I even almost cancelled my subscription. Now I'm glad I didn't cancel, because once they walk me through how to use the dashboard I see the difference. Now my store numbers make sense. I'm completely in love with the reporting system and how it integrates with my Walmart store too. I can see the orders and future projections in the same place. That gives me peace of mind because I know what to expect in the upcoming days, weeks and months. And, I am very happy with the recent updates you made.

What most people won’t tell you is that you gotta keep putting in money for inventory which makes sense. You can sell what you don’t have. Don’t even bother starting off with just the bare minimum. You won’t get anywhere fast with that. If you’re going to do this I highly recommend starting off with at least $3k for inventory. That’ll help you make some good money. The bare minimum makes you bare minimum money. But if you’re actually looking to make some good dough from this then go for higher. Then take the money you make and reinvest 80% of it back into inventory. The name of the game is inventory so the more you have the more you sell and make. Once your inventory is around $10k+ then you’re banking. Now you’re finally playing with the big boys and will start to see life changing money. It took me a long time to figure this out. I was upset with the slow growth at first and I didn’t want to listen. But when I finally said screw it and bought more inventory that’s when I saw change. I was a believer. But I had to take that step. I had to go all in. Otherwise, you’re just kicking the can around. You might as well just start off strong from the start and see where it takes you. Then once you got enough inventory start selling on the other channels as well. The more places you’re selling the better. You’ll have more customers which means people are buying from you twice as fast. Which means inventory selling twice as fast. Which means you’re making money twice as fast.

I signed up with Why Unified after being promised that their program would generate at least $10,000 in monthly profit, and that if their revenue projections weren’t met, I would receive a full refund. Unfortunately, none of those promises were delivered.

Over the course of nearly 10 months, I invested over $12,000 ($11,995 + $500 fulfillment credit) into their program. Despite that, I never saw even $300 in total profit, let alone monthly profit, anywhere near what they guaranteed. The only refund I ever received was a $500 fulfillment credit, which is a fraction of what I paid.

Additionally, my Amazon account remained inactive for most of the partnership, indicating that little to no effort was being made on their end. Whenever I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told that they “know what they’re doing” and that they “don’t take suggestions from customers.” I even shared that I have experience selling on Amazon and that their strategy was ineffective, yet they refused to listen.

My contract with them ended in October 2024, and despite their refund guarantee, I am still waiting for my full refund. Every attempt to resolve this issue has been unsuccessful.

This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and incredibly costly. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of investing in this program. Based on my experience, the results did not match the promises, customer concerns were disregarded, and refund assurances have not been honored

If only a Zero rating was possible. In my experience, this company felt completely fraudulent and deceptive. Before you think about purchasing go to the BBB and read all the complaints. It appears they’ve managed to get critical comments removed from most platforms. I paid into this platform over $13,000. The money back guarantee was not honored in any way. As soon as it came time to honor the guarantee that is when the games really started. Countless escalations of your refund concerns with no resolution in sight. Just a stall tactic. Any supposed profits were redirected into another account so I did not see a dime of profit. They even opened up Amazon stores in different countries without my permission using my profile. Many of the items they listed on my store turned out to be counterfeit or imitation products. I can not believe they have been able to carry on like this for this long and no one has stopped this company. I am not finished yet. I am seeking legal counsel, BBB, FTC, Attorney General as well. Stay away....you have been warned!

I signed up at the beginning of July 20 25 and have yet to launch a store. I followed all instructions and have had many phone calls where they just keep giving me one excuse after another. They keep saying they’re doing updates on their system and currently you can’t even schedule a phone call for the last three weeks. As of today you couldn’t even call them. They say the phone system is also being updated. At this point, I would say I’ve been taken and maybe even that they’re out of business. There is no reason that my store hasn’t launched in five months. I purchased a Walmart managed store and added for fulfillment credits and just keep being told the same thing over and over again. I was even told by rep, who I thought was the most professional, that they can no longer condone my phone calls. I will say that he was referring to me calling two days in a row Because on Thursday a customer service rep was trying to find out info and told me the best thing for me to do was to schedule a call for the next day in order to find out the response from the backend team. I don’t know about you, but I have never dealt with any business where the customer service tells me that they have no info to give me at this time sorry, after they have taken you for thousands of dollars. I’ve been told I’ll get a phone call directly from rep updating me on my store and that was probably close to two months ago. I would love to be able to come back and update this with good news, but I’m very doubtful. This has been by far the most horrible and stressful experience I’ve ever had. I know I signed a contract, but they are not holding up their end of the deal and I would really like a refund and to no longer do business with them. I took out reps name as per your request but understand that I was not complaining about him as much as your company and its lack of customer service and legit answers. If anything, I feel sorry for them taking the brunt of people's frustrations on a daily. And please don't come back and say you can't locate my account because i'm using my icloud email to do this review instead of my gmail acct that I signed up with...

The team is great and super professional. I had thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with the sales rep. They guided me through the entire process. They always answered my questions and replied back pretty quickly. I signed up for Walmart and my onboarding specialist guided me through everything and got my store up and running really quickly. Now I’m selling brand name products you can find in most households. The team is super nice and well mannered. You don’t find a lot of that these days. Most of the time people are rude and uncaring. But everyone I talked to made me feel like a valued customer.

It has been around a week and my store is live now and from the looks of it, I am starting to get sales. I cant say that its anything crazy but it is progressing the way i expected it too so far.

I purchased a business package from Why Unified after seeing the company promoted by Kevin O’Leary (“Mr. Wonderful”) as a legitimate opportunity. Based on his endorsement, I believed this was a safe and reputable company.

Following their instructions, I set up an Amazon store and sold only products provided and shipped directly by Why Unified. Within three months, Amazon suspended my account for allegedly selling counterfeit products. This was devastating since all of my inventory came exclusively from Why Unified.

I contacted the company immediately, and they assured me they would help resolve the issue. Despite providing all requested documentation to Amazon and Why Unified, the issue was never resolved. Amazon confirmed that the products supplied by Why Unified were counterfeit.

When I requested a refund, I was told it was being processed, but I never received any payment. After several months, my email contact at the company stopped responding. When I called, I was directed to their “compliance portal,” where I had to upload my driver’s license for identity verification. The site stated that my documents would be reviewed in 1–2 business days. It has now been over three months with no update—only the same automated message each time I log in.

When I call, I am told that no one can assist me and that I must continue using the website, which provides no resolution. It has now been over a year since I first requested my refund.

Desired Resolution:

A full refund for the amount I paid to Why Unified.

An official response explaining why counterfeit products were supplied.

Confirmation that Why Unified will not continue to mislead customers using celebrity endorsements.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would appreciate BBB’s assistance in facilitating a resolution.

I began my journey with Why Unified in early 2024. This all started from my initial interest in trying to find a reputable and efficient way to earn extra money. I had pursued several prior potential ventures that didn’t prove worthwhile. Retail arbitrage, flipping on FB marketplace and a few others. I also scoured the internet for anything related to income streams. It was quite the rabbit hole. I would spend an immense amount of time and energy taking notes, watching videos, paying for courses that ultimately provided nothing useful, going one route and then shifting toward another. It was frustrating! I remained hopeful and didn’t give up but I must say that that cycle can be excruciating. You put everything that you have into it and keep an open mind only to find the same dead end. I can’t even begin to explain how crazy I looked to my partner. They would have to contend with the late nights of myself at the computer studying away.
One night, I was mindlessly scrolling through facebook and I saw an ad with Kevin O’ Leary. It immediately caught my attention as I am a huge fan of shark tank. He was endorsing Why Unified and the ad also had others giving their honest experience with the company, explaining how it had helped them earn extra income. My immediate thought was “okay, this sounds too good to be true”. But the fact that Kevin O’Leary put his name behind the platform told me that there had to be something there. I clicked on the link for the ad and it brought me to a very bright and red website showing household products. The company claimed to sell the products through avenues like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart stores. This made sense given that I always shop online whenever I have the opportunity to. However, the website lacked specifics so I scheduled a demo meeting with one of their team members for the following day. I spoke to a fellow also named Kevin during the meeting. Well, I guess I should say he spoke to me. It was a group presentation and there must have been about 10+ other people in the room. I was surprised to say the least, I thought it was going to be a one on one meeting. Kevin gave his presentation while going into the intricacies of the service. He explained how the company is able to leverage supplier relationships to secure deals on inventory with great margins and that WU links your existing seller account to their platform so that they can place products on the store. He also clarified that they ship the product for you. This all sounded great. The best part was that they didn’t take a profit split. After the meeting I had still had a few more questions I didn’t get the opportunity to ask during the presentation so I went and reviewed the material he sent. It all looked great. Very organized and thorough. I couldn’t believe that for once all of the information was coming to me and I didn’t have to dig or give my credit card to hear more. I sat on the information for a while to let it really stew for a few days. During that time I didn’t receive any annoying spam texts or emails whatsoever from them. In fact, I don’t think they followed up with me once. Kinda refreshing in this age. So, I went and had a few email with Kevin. My biggest question was essentially, why would a company offer this? I mean if its so great then why wouldn’t they just keep this to themselves? He explained that the reason their company has done so well is because they leverage buying power of the user to secure huge margins (like 50-70%+). This was the answer I was looking for and with this clarity in mind, I signed up for their single amazon channel. I was still slightly skeptical given my past history of getting the run around with other ventures and I didn’t want to jump head first. Plus, it seemed like the easiest entry given I already had an Amazon account when I tried doing print on demand.
Since then, the rest is history. I’ve followed their recommendations to the letter and month over month my store continues to grow. I’d like to say that for anyone out there looking for some direction, I hope I’ve been thorough in providing you with the specifics of how I ended up with them. And for anyone whose story sounds similar to mine, just know, you aren’t alone. It took me so very long to find credibility in this digital age. I would encourage you to give them a shot.

Worst ever experience. Joined them in dec 2024 since then not a single item sold. They even not listed a single item.

The app is great and since it was released a few months ago, it has been really useful. The service is ehh.

In the start i thought it was a scam and i di dnot get the value for my money. Not at all. I started making some money so i cant say its a scam but i am not pulling in six figures lol that is for sure.

Not going to discredit the company quite yet. I am close to making the money i spent back.

Satisfied with the brand name products that I am selling. Not exactly the ones that they said on their website but it is pretty close.

Other than the fact that the up sells on the way to starting my store are annoying i am very enthusiastic. I do plan on upgrading as i go but just not right now because i want to make sure everything works the way it should because of some of the negative reviews i have read. So step by step but lets get my store up and running with some sales and we can talk spending the bigger bucks after i have something to show for it.

Hope it does not happen again! 5 stars in the meantime because the service was prompt but I should not have to deal with issues related to products running out, my store being down, and then loosing money because of that. Things happen but thank you for addressing it professionally and quickly.
