If I could give a zero…I would. I recently broke one of the gas stove grates by accidentally hitting it on my counter when I was removing it to clean the stove. I called Whirlpool and was told that they would see if my warranty covered it. I submitted all the forms over a month ago via email and no one ever replied. Even to the follow up emails. I also called Whirlpool to pay for them outright and was hung up on several times after waiting on hold. No one ever picked up. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Waste of effort.

Ordered a part for my dryer,
Went to check tracking and no info. My bank account was charged, but whirlpool says there was a problem with the payment. I called the bank, they said there is no issue. I contacted Whirlpool again. Got the silent treatment. So they take your money but they dont send what you paid for. Thieves

Whirlpool replacement parts costs have skyrocketed
My Whirlpool gas stove knobs have warped and cracked open so that they do not accurately control the flame. My current parts are plastic. Ordering a replacement knob is now $59 + shipping + tax resulting in over $76 for one plastic knob! (The rep I spoke with didn't know what the replacements were made of.) In 2021 when I replaced 4 knobs on a Whirlpool gas stove in an earlier home, the knobs were $28 each. Thus, to replace all 5 knobs would cost over $325 while a new gas stove at a local appliance store is advertised at $699 - knobs almost half the price of a new stove!

I wish I could leave a 0 stars. I only ordered direct from them because I wanted to make sure I had the right part for my model. They sent the wrong part and now I have to pay to ship it back to them. This is why people order from elsewhere. Do not order from them. The customer service is horrible.

If I could leave 0 I would. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra dollars to buy your parts on Amazon.
The customer service is trash. The part didn't fix my issue, and rather than help me out in any way their only response was "oh check our policy, the part is used now so we can't take it back". The fan is in immaculate condition, I plugged it in, didn't work so I put it back in the box.

Card Information Compromised
I should have checked TrustPilot prior to buying from this website. Whirlpoolparts.com was the only "new" site I've purchased from in a long time. Lo and behold, literal days after I made a purchase, my credit card information was compromised. Still haven't received my part either. TOTAL SCAM.

Same as every other experience. Phone system hung up on me 3 times. I selected the option for a call back. It came over 4 hours later. I didn’t hear it. No message or second attempt. I will never try them again.

Our stove burner broke
Our stove burner broke, called them for suggestions on what could be wrong. They said its the main wiring harness. So we ordered for $175 through them. Tried it, did absolutely nothing different. Now they wont take the return. Did a search on google and found out its a simple $50 fix

The order results may be wrong... I unfortunately ordered the incorrect part because it came up in the results. because it attempted to be installed... was not even installed because the part looked different, they will not refund. The shop with confidence is bull... horrible customer service as well. Rude guys for sure! I am replacing my appliance completely so i never have to deal with them again!

Ordering replacement part- horrific experience
I spoke with customer service before ordering replacement part for KitchenAid refrigerator. The part came late, and I had to reschedule the appliance repair person. The part was not correct. When calling for a return, I was told that I had the wrong model number on the order yet the replacement part was correct (not sure his point). I told him that the bottom metal on the refrigerator would have needed to be cut to use the replacement wheel- which I wasn't doing. He said that I was 24 hours late to meet the 30 day replacement period. I told him I wouldn't have to reschedule if the delivery had been on time, and unfortunately, repair appointments at the holiday are difficult to schedule. I am stuck with an $80 part that didn't work. DO NOT order from this company.
Awful and rude
Awful and rude. Transferred me from one department to another then transferred me back. Then the 3rd person I talked to was extremely rude and talked to me like I was dumb because I needed to speak with a technician and when I asked how to do that he said he doesn’t know because it’s not his department and he hung up on me.

They accept your order and give you no reply about the status. If you follow up, Customer service is rude and just tells you to wait until the shipping date.
Now it has passed the leadtime they promised (2 months without a stove waiting for this part) they tell me, oh it’s in backorder, we don’t know when it will ship.
They have no concern for customers.

I ordered plastic repair parts for my dishwasher for $4.20 per part and I ordered 2 parts. Total was about $19.85 with shipping. I received 1 part that they charged me $12.90 for the one part, plus shipping. Website still lists the price as $4.20. When I wasted my time calling me they said price is $12.90 and we really dont care what out website price says. Thanks crooks.
I got a replacement freezer gasket
I got a replacement freezer gasket. It wasn'as substantial as the original. After followingg instructions the freezer temp went up to 15. I called and was told to try to do more to get it to work. The gasket is just cheap

Originally I was not thrilled with whirlpool after my locking mechanism broke on my washing machine last night....Bought it in April 2023 so of course the warranty just expired. Seems they knew there was issues with this part as they upgraded to a new part number and lots of sales for the replacement on amazon. I understand things break but I'm so pleased I ordered the replacement part at 7 pm last night and had the part by 10 am this morning...part was in 10 minutes later...I paid for overnight shipping but this was amazing. There were better prices elsewhere but it would have never been shipped this quickly and with the satisfaction its the correct part (do your own research otherwise call the repairman).
