Best clean I’ve ever had!
I was struggling to find a company that would clean my home before I moved into it as the previous tenants left it in a state, until I came across What cleaning! They were extremely professional and attend to every need of my home. I couldn’t thank them enough. Extremely reliable service!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I question if they even stayed at the house to clean at all. They insisted that I could not be on premises while they were onsite, and I think they took my money and ran. When I sent pictures of the dirty house afterwards and asked to speak to management, the operator would not allow me to speak to anyone nor give me the contact details of the company's management. I question if this is a viable business at all. I BEG YOU NOT TO HIRE THEM! This company does not provide any valid cleaning service nor any customer service.

What Cleaning carried out an end of tenancy clean art my property. When I arrived to inspect the property the flat was still dirty to the extent that it was questionable whether a cleaner had been there at all. There was debris on the floor, brown stains in the bath and sink, cobwebs in the windows, grease on the floor and cupboards, the list continues.
After several phonecalls they agreed to return and perform some steam cleaning. They spent a total of 30 minutes in the property and claimed the job was complete. The property was still dirty and the new tenants complained. What Cleaning refused to return to the property to finish the job to a basic standard or issue a refund. A formal complaint has been raised. I strongly caution any tenant or landlord from using this agency.

Excellent deep clean following a lot of maintenance work in my home. Cleaners were professional and very thorough in what they did. This is the 2nd time I have used Whatcleaning and will definitely use them again in the future.

Had an end of tenancy clean with them a month ago. Following the clean, I raised a concern regarding a damaged blind. I'm not entirely sure it was them however they sent an engineer out immediately and rectified. very happy with how they dealt with this ontop of a great clean. Would gladly use again.

Needed an end of tenancy clean conducted at short notice due to another company cancelling on us last minute. "What Cleaning" done a fantastic job facilitating our requirement at the 11th hour and the job carried out was impeccable.

cant fault these guys. turned up on time, dressed in uniform and all had a smile on their face. carried out our yearly spring clean and will definitely be using them before the family arrive for Xmas to whip the ovens and carpets into shape.
