Had a level 3 survey done last year, since then we have noticed multiple issues which can be seen in the photos, but were not noted. Somehow 20cm insulation is the same thickness as 10cm joists, no mention that 20cm is still below the recommended minimum insulation thickness. Crushed loft insulation. Bathroom extractor fan blowing into the master bedroom wall. Issues pointed out to the surveyor at the time had to be added after I raised they weren't noted in the original report.
Not worth anything like £600!!!

From the start I found this company very easy to deal with. The survey was arranged at a time convenient to the homeowner, I was telephoned that day and various points were brought to my attention, and I received the full report within a week. Very good value too.
