Excellent service all round from WMES. One of the very few places to stock the gas cooker we wanted. Ordering process was simple & delivery was faster than initially told. Efficient phone call system to ensure that we were happy with delivery time. The delivery crew (Richard & Sonu) who camr today were great...very quick & efficient & offered to help with unpacking the cooker, taking away the packaging & also helped with some of assembly, while explaining other information that we needed. What a great experience all round. Will recommend this company to family & friends. Many thanks to all.

Really appreciate the service of the cooker install semi installed as the engineer from qestmidlands electrical told me the main wall plug on the house needed changing so we have to call the council to rectify otherwise fast response and great communication would buy again from West Midlands electrical 100 percent satisfied happy days
