When I phoned them my call was always answered quickly and my query clarified. I placed my order for a Whirlpool integrated larder fridge online knowing it was not in stock. Even so it was delivered within 12 days by two very pleasant staff who helped me greatly by positioning the new fridge in it's cabinet.
I was notified of a delivery date and contacted on the day with a time of delivery.
I though that the price was extremely good value.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Do not want anyone to go through what I did..Never again, you live and learn.
Two damaged faulty cookers delivered, and i was asked to pay cash of 80.00 installation costs to the fitter when he arrived which I did, but apparently I had already paid for it when I had paid for cooker but had not told this

The first faulty BEKO cooker was uninstalled by delivery drivers bringing my exchanged 2nd damaged cooker, who were not Gas Safety Registered and left me with a gas leak, leaving me in a dangerous situation.
Installer arrived to cap it off but only put sealant round it.

Was a nightmare from start to finish.
I went for this small local company because it had good reviews.
Thinking now they may not be from genuine customers..
Was left without a cooker for over a month. Customer care was all talk no action, and did not phone me back when they said they would.
After four phone calls and a visit to the shop, and two damaged faulty cookers delivered, I was very stressed, plus I still have no cooker 6wks later.

I eventually got most of my refund back, apart from the 80.00 installation fee I paid twice for.
Next morning two intimidating guys turned up early to take away my 2nd damaged appliance without me getting my refund first.
Too which I refused.

I stood my ground, and was hastily given a refund via bank transfer.

What an awful experience for a women on her own to go through.
Felt I was being taken advantage of..Disgusting.!!

Having always wanted an American fridge freezer I purchased one from this company at a very reasonable price. Had a phonecall within 1hour of purchasing on a Friday and delivery arranged for the Monday.
Delivered by 2.30 unpacked and delivered to kitchen. Very polite and helpful. Very pleased and highly recommend

Fantastic service, I had identified a kitchen appliance which had been discontinued.

Multiple stores showing online stock however upon processing orders with many stores they were unable to fulfil due to manufacture supply, finally I found westmidlandselectricalsuperstore, who quickly confirmed they could execute the job and managed to source the item without any delays to a usual buying experience with clear communication and smooth delivery, highly highly recommend!

Today Rich and sonu came and took away my old washing machine and cooker and installed my new stuff!

Was dealt with straight away when entering shop. All staff very helpful and polite. Order was placed for washing machine,great price,no hassle and was delivered and set up promptly. The delivery men were very polite and even put washer on to check all was good. Would definitely recommend this shop. Will definitely use them again for my electrical items.x
