All of the major electrical stores really could do with taking a leaf out of West Midlands Electrical Superstores book.
I had the most AMAZING experience with WME. I ordered all of my new kitchen appliances from them and their customer service is second to none, they are absolutely 1st Class and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
It's so refreshing to be able to speak to people directly and instantly and not have to deal with a chat bot and all of the team were so professional and courteous.
I had one issue with one of the ovens not working properly and WME dealt with the issue immediately, replaced the item and even fitted it for me free of charge.
I wish all companies were like West Midlands Electrical superstore.

Ordered a Fridge Freezer on Monday and paid via PayPal. Had a call from Mark who said it was not in stock but could probably get it by Wednesday for delivery Friday. Mark called again on Thursday to tell me delivery would be AM Friday. Had a call 0845 Friday from delivery guy. Fridge delivered as promised at 0930. Delivery crew were brilliant as were West Midlands Electrical. Would highly recommend.
