Great customer service!
The lady that dealt with my annual review, over the 4 accounts I have with them, was very understanding and sympathetic and a pleasure to deal with. These things can sometimes be stressful to deal with and she was very professional and kind which put me at ease. Thanks.

Not dealing with them
This should not have been sent to these . Never missed a payment so u have disputed this. Am not having my credit rating buggered up with this.

Most of agents are very friendly and nice to talk with however there are some really horrible ones too unfortunately and they don't listen and don't try to help you at all.
Over than that you can get a lot of advise help and support but like I said as long as you will get the "nice agent"
