I accidentally selected “pick-up” instead of delivery at checkout, which was a bit of a problem as this was a gift for my 88-year-old father-in-law (from Wales) who lives in Portsmouth — not exactly convenient for collection! I hadn’t noticed the mistake, but the company kindly emailed to check whether this was intentional. Thanks to their attentiveness, they quickly amended the order to delivery, and it arrived just four days later.

I couldn’t be happier, and my father-in-law was absolutely delighted. This was my third order from this superb company, and it has firmly become my go-to for any gifts I can send online. Thank you!

the present went down really well and was loved by the recipient. only issue was website allows you to choosea delivery date that i subsequently found out is not possible and delivery is only in set dates. otherwise everything was great. in fact the quick email response to my query about the delivery was also quick, thanks for that too. cheers!

The tintern cheese is fabulous and I am so delighted to have found somewhere I can buy it from. Have ordered 5 plus times now. The cheese is dispatched quickly with options for delivery on Saturdays also. The cheese is always packaged very nicely in a sturdy brown box with ice bags and insulation to prevent damage and keep the cheese cool. Even when we had a flurry of snow in the Midlands and no deliveries could get through, my cheese still arrived cold and fresh. I’m very delighted with my purchases and will continue to buy from this company. I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again.

The hamper is ordered was for a birthday present. It had cheese in that the birthday boy hadn't tried before but also had his favourite - this was a real hit! Easy to order and great that I could choose date of delivery!

I ordered a "Valentine's Day Trio Gift Box". To be fair it was delivered on the correct date.

But why does a gift come in a cardboard box covered with Welsh Cheese Company logos? Ridiculous. It requires refrigeration, as good cheese does, but how do you refrigerate a present in the same house as the recipient.

Delicious, wide ranging selection of beautiful Welsh cheeses. I ordered three gift parcels to be delivered pre-Christmas. All arrived on my chosen dates of delivery within the time slots allocated. All recipients were extremely happy. Highly recommend.

The courier was poor - left outside our front door but no doorbell ring and no card through the letterbox.
Apart from that, the cheese was delicious and the crackers and chutney were a definite hit ....
Perfectly packed and arrived on the requested day.

The item was bought as a present for someone living a long way off so I'm pleased it arrived on time. They were pleased to receive it but it was too early for them to have tried it.

The staff are amazingly helpful, friendly and are very polite and provide a wonderful experience.
