Well I must say I called in the well pharmacy brackla this morning and I got served by this ever so polite young spanish lady. She was so helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I will definitely be using this pharmacy again and would highly recommend it.

Called into my local pharmacy in…
Called into my local pharmacy in Brackla for medical advice, pharmacist couldn't be bothered to do their job and help and sent me to Tesco pharmacist, the ratings for brackla pharmacy are atrocious and suggests that well in general don't really care what their customers think or the experience they get, I myself have complained and nothing ever gets done there. Well if you do have any interest in your customers I would be taking very serious action at this store before they ruin any reputation you might have, in bridgend this reputation is one of the worst pharmacies in the area, if your pharmacist can't be bothered to do their job then perhaps there is one who is that can take their place?

Well Pharmacy Brackla service disgraceful.
Would give 0 * if possible.
Takes 11 to 13cdays from online order via NHS app, even when script approved following day by GP.
Ran out of 4 of 10 meds, went in to pharmacy, to query. And was told it would be marked urgent. SMS mesage received following day after closing time. So 2 days without meds.
Collected last script personally, took to Boots, and collected within 25 minutes.This has been happening for months.
Will not use again.

wells pharmacy is the worst in the area…
wells pharmacy is the worst in the area prescriptions never ready when you call for them and today they didnt give my husband my prescription claiming itwas out for delivery but i dont get them delivered

Well Pharmacy The Triangle Brackla Bridgend going downhill fast
Whatever is happening at this Branch it is causing mayhem! It is beyond a joke trying to get regular prescriptions as Even with a week lead time the answer is oh it isn't ready! can you come back tomorrow! Then guess what tomorrow it isn't ready
Then when the customers frustration and displeasure
is explained the prescription is miraculously found. found. Listening to people being served always a long que everyone is getting the same service. I advise anyone local to go elsewhere (Tesco filled a prescription in the time it took to fill and payoff a shopping basket of groceries!)
