My exbf bought me a red agate bangle in dec 2023 and i bought a bangle of chalcedony in march 2024. They looks good on my wrist. Thank you for your good service.

We bought 8 pairs of Jade & Mother of Pearl earrings to gift to my sister-in-laws in my husband's family. They were very delighted by the beautiful quality and design. I literally saw them wearing it throughout my trip in Turkey. -- Very pleased with how things turned out. I know it takes time for delivery given all the import/export controls and tarrifs applied w U.S. Totally appreciate your careful handling of this as well as your generosity in gifting us some beautiful surprises!

They sent me glass instead of Jade i paid $$350 for a nice necklace. That looked nothing like the pictures. I confirmed with one of the who guys by Jack that its the exact necklace in the photos. What a giant lie and scam. Im so disappointed.

Thank you for emailing me back regarding my Jade a the outcome of my order . I appreciate it very much. I understand running a family business and the dedication and time you have to put into everyday . Thank you for making the correction.

Sincerely
Mr & Mrs Philistine

I recently ordered a jade bracelet from WearJade for $97. It arrived all right shipped from Beijing, China. However, it failed two tests I can come up. It failed the sound test. It sounded dull compared a real jade bracelet we had. It failed the dark light test. It's a flashlight that is used to test the fake bills. The WearJade bracelet fluorescenced under the light and the real jade bracelet didn't. An $97 lesson learned.

I ordered 3 bracelets from this website, after having a short conversation and notice I got scammed, wanting to cancel my order, but got refuse because seller said it already being shipped, I did not get the tracking for the bracelets a week later.
when I got the items on June 10th, it accompany with 3 certificates, it is written in Chinese, seller hoping the people that brought the stuff does not read Chinese, and the 3 certificates, 2 of them listed not even jade, it was a different stone altogether, so I started as for refund, the seller refuse to refund, just want to send me replacements.
after that responds I open a ticket on PayPal on June 12th, after months of back and forward, PayPal finally send me a notices to get my refund I have to send back the item in order to get my money back on August 9th. when I went to the post office with the address that was submit from the sellers, we can't find the address and when I look up the address on google the closest location is central park in New York.
I called PayPal immediately and told them the address it is fake, and PayPal told me to give them 72 hours they will contact the seller get an new address, today is August 14th, I have connected PayPal on this matter 4 times already, my ticket got closed on August 9th on favor to the seller because the item was not send back. they have reopened my ticket 2 times already and still no responds from the seller. since then I also called my bank, and file a complaint on BBB. if you reading this do not waste your money and save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything on this website.
Since I posted this review, the seller has try to contact me through email and text messages, numerous times offering to give me back my refund immediately if I take down this review. Instead of going through PayPal. That is very fishy about this website so be warn.
Update 8/26/2024
I just speak to my bank, they are not able to help me get my money back because payment was send through PayPal and they can’t retrieve the funds and PayPal has closed my case favor on the seller because item was not send back. So now back to calling PayPal and see what else they can do. So learn from my experience and stay away from this site and all the people that brought item from them need to go get your item inspected.

Greetings, I have received🇨🇭the order and I am very happy, the bangle and the ring are beautiful, it has fit me perfectly, everything was great, I hope to soon place another order with you, thank you very much for the gifts.

I really love my bracelet, it's incredibly beautiful. I will definitely buy it again on another occasion 💗💞!!!!
One reminder: order the product as soon as possible, don't wait because the process may take time 😊.

Repeat customer here. Once again the jade I purchased is outstanding quality. Truly lovely green ice jade bangle at a very reasonable price. It arrived very quickly. The jewelry box it is packaged in is so beautiful that this gift doesn’t need gift wrapping. I also purchased 2 chalcedony bangles which are the highest quality. Wear jade has very reasonable prices and safe and secure shipping. This is my go to store for jade from now on

great product--if something goes wrong with your order they will make it right thanks

I ordered a bracelet from Wear Jade with some trepidation because my last encounter with a Chinese company ended poorly. However, I could not be more pleased! The ordering process was smooth, the item was shipped within the promised timeframe, questions I had were quickly answered [usually within a day] via email, and the product was absolutely lovely, packaged in a beautiful gift box which I hadn't expected. I'd have no hesitation ordering from Wear Jade at any time. A positive experience from beginning to end!

The jade bangle bracelet is beautiful, and the luster it has is superb. The shipping came within two weeks which was quite fast considering it came from China. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase and very happy. I will be purchasing from this company again in the near future.

Their jade bracelet is beautiful. The the shipping was very fast as well. I had ordered a bracelet that was unfortunately too big on me. They responded quickly and was able to make the exchange. They told me to keep the current one as shipping it back cost as much as if I bought another bracelet. The company I can feel is honest and is a pleasure to work with. I'm always hesitant ordering from China, but I was not disappointed. I will definitely order from them again should I want to get gifts for my family.

I ordered two pieces of jewelry from here and I have to say they were absolutely beautiful way more than I expected. One was a gift for my mother and the other one was for myself and I am so pleased with the product, the quality and the service. I definitely intend to buy again from this vendor. Highly recommend shipment arrived in less than 3 weeks and I was notified every step of the way of where the process was

Jack worked very hard to ensure the product got delivered to me by providing the tracking number and checking and providing the updates whenever he could. The product is very well designed and my family likes it a lot.

I ordered 2 jade rings which arrived beautifully packaged. The order came promptly. The rings were exactly as pictured on the website. I am very happy with the service I received from this company.

Superb communication. Prices were extremely competitive. Full tracking information given. The delivery time was very prompt. The products were A+. Would highly recommend.
